| More and more college students devote themselves to the military camp with great ambition to contribute to the national defense construction.After returning to school,retired college student soldiers have become a special group in Colleges and universities.Facing the huge differences between the army and the university campus in various aspects,many retired college student soldiers have adaptation problems after returning to school,and even fall into adaptation dilemma.Especially in learning and interpersonal communication.From the current research point of view,the research on retired college student soldiers is more about psychological adjustment,ideological education and retirement security.This study attempts to use the methods and skills of group work to help retired college student soldiers improve their campus adaptability,so that they can better integrate into campus life.In order to understand the current situation of campus adaptation of retired college student soldiers,this paper investigates the current situation of campus adaptation of retired college student soldiers by using the methods of literature research,case interview and questionnaire survey.SPSS software is used to sort out and analyze the data obtained from the survey,and group work method is used to analyze the problems of professional learning difficulties and lack of initiative,The relationship between the students and the new students is tense.It is found that there are the following problems:first,the lack of self-confidence and interest in learning,the common phenomenon of failing to study,the poor learning status,and the lack of more targeted guidance in career planning;Second,there are differences in ideas,and the relationship with new students needs to be improved;Third,there is a sense of psychological gap,unable to integrate into the new environment,the huge differences in living environment,easy to make some retired college students soldiers have "compensation psychology",leading to the decline of self-discipline.On this basis,this study uses group work method to carry out group activities according to the common and individual characteristics of group members’ adaptability problems,and has achieved certain results.The following conclusions are drawn:first,the applicability of group work in coping with the plight of retired college student soldiers is strong;second,we should pay attention to the continuity of service effect,Third,schools and troops should strengthen the guidance of retired college student soldiers.At the same time,we also found many problems worthy of reflection:first,the content of group activities is not flexible enough;second,the professional level of social workers needs to be improved;third,the lack of practical process. |
