| As a unique emerging group in China,the retired university soldiers are faced with many difficulties and challenges in the process of campus reintegration.This paper using the length of interview method,from the perspective of social support network,discusses the "retired college students soldiers campus again into the dilemma" "retired college students soldiers social support network in the process of campus again into what deficiencies","reconstruction retired college students soldiers social support network system response" three problems.It is found that the campus reintegration dilemma of retired college students is mainly manifested in three dimensions:academic integration and social integration and cultural integration.The plight of campus reintegration is attributed to the limited and insufficient role of the social support network for retired college students.In the formal support network,the government level shows:different local preferential care policies,some relevant resettlement policies need to keep pace with The Times;the school level shows lack of certainty,departmental acceptance policy,and the informal support network has insufficient emotional support and psychological counseling mainly from the family level,student level and comrades level,which cannot meet the practical needs of retired college students.Through the analysis and sorting out of the social support network of retired college students,The researchers proposed the following countermeasures to rebuild the social support network system of retired college students,That is,to strengthen the formal support network support efforts,The government should focus on adjusting the main object of college students ’soldiers,optimize the government’s preferential treatment policy,and improve the supervision and management mechanism;The school should make efforts in four aspects:refining the docking process,ensuring the implementation of priority policies,providing a national defense education platform to promote campus integration,and establishing the retired college students and soldiers association to provide a communication platform;Social work majors should play their due role in psychological counseling,resource integration,and the establishment of study groups to relieve the learning pressure of this group.In the informal support network,we should strengthen the network contact between family,mentor,peer groups and comrades in arms,and play the role of informal support network in the support of emotional support,interpersonal communication support,academic development support,career planning support and other aspects. |
