Research On The Leading Strategy Of Political Identity Of Contemporary Retired College Student Soldiers

College Students’ political identity means that they have a sense of support and belonging to the political system,political path and political theory of the country in a certain social and political environment.Guangzhou,as the capital city of Guangdong Province and the birthplace of Guangfu culture,is one of the first batch of national historical and cultural cities,the central city of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and the first tier city in China.By2020,the total number of college students in Guangzhou has reached 1.3071 million,ranking first in China.Guangzhou actively encourages college students to devote themselves to national defense,Every year,a large number of college students join and retire from the army in Guangzhou.The research on the leading role of political identity of retired college students soldiers,taking Guangzhou as an example,makes up for the blank of the leading role of political identity of retired college students,enriches the research content of the leading role of political identity It is of great significance and reference value to broaden the research field of Ideological and political education.Studying the guidance of retired college students soldiers to political identity of college students is also an important measure to respond positively to Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is conducive to promoting the development of college students themselves in the new stage of development,and helps to foster the atmosphere of campus political identification in the new development stage,and is conducive to promoting the modernization of China’s national governance in the new stage of development.Guided by Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with China’s characteristics in the new era,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews and literature research methods,drawing on knowledge of pedagogy,psychology and other related disciplines,to explore the problems of contemporary college students’ political identity,analyze the status quo of contemporary college students’ political identification and the status quo of retired college students’ leading role in political identification.Based on this,the paper further studies how to improve the leading effect of retired college student soldiers’ political identity,the leading role of retired college students’ political identity and its realization path.This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly analyzes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second chapter explains the theoretical overview of contemporary college students’ political identity.By referring to the relevant literature,this paper expounds the basic connotation of College Students’ political identity,analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of contemporary college students,and takes the college students in Guangzhou as the survey sample(the survey object),finds out the problems existing in college students’ political identity,analyzes the reasons,and establishes the goal direction for the research of College Students’ political identity.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of political identity of contemporary college students and expounds the leading role of political identity that retired college student soldiers should play.Through the interpretation of the crisis of contemporary college students’ political belief and the lack of realistic leading cultivation mechanism,this paper analyzes the existing problems of current college students,and makes a detailed analysis from the aspects of worries from "familiar" to "true knowledge",network impact on College Students’ political belief,insufficient leading of political identity,and lack of practical mechanism of political participation;This paper summarizes the leading role of retired college students’ political identity from the perspectives of College Students’ self-development,cultivating campus political identity atmosphere and national governance modernization.The fourth chapter is to analyze the status quo of retired University soldiers playing a leading role of political identity.Through in-depth interviews with a number of college students,to understand their ideological status and behavior before and after receiving the political identity guidance of retired college student soldiers,and analyze the effect of political identity guidance of retired college student soldiers.The fifth chapter studies the promotion of the leading effect of retired college students’ political identity.Through improving the school’s attention,increasing the ideological and political education of college student soldiers during their enlistment,actively guiding them to complete the role transformation,strengthening the communication and mutual assistance among students,and strengthening academic and employment guidance,we can strengthen the promotion of the leading effect of retired college students’ political identity.The sixth chapter summarizes the realization path of retired college students’ political identity guidance.From the three aspects of ideological guidance,action guidance and form guidance,this paper puts forward the path for retired college student soldiers to play the leading role of political identity.
