On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi proposed the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The report pointed out that issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and we must always make solving these issues the top priority in the work of the whole Party.Peasant Library Project is one of the five public cultural projects implemented by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to benefit the people.It aims to solve the problem of "difficulty in buying,borrowing and reading books" for the vast number of farmers.We will effectively meet the cultural needs of farmers and cultivate more new farmers who use knowledge to change their destiny,build their hometowns and realize their dreams.The rural library project began on a trial basis in 2005 and was fully rolled out in 2007.By the end of 2012,it had basically covered all administrative villages with basic conditions.At present,the construction of the rural library project has entered the phase of supplement and renewal.It is more difficult for the masses of farmers to enter the library and develop the habit of reading.The rural library project has a long way to go.In 2019,to promote the peasant random mass transfer efficiency,boost rural revitalization strategy implementation,the central propaganda department and other departments jointly issued by the ten "peasant bookstore to deepen reform and innovation Improve service efficiency of the implementation plan,the plan has been clear about the series of measures,including optimizing supply specific content,to carry out the peasant bookstore digitalization construction,increase the digital reading supply products and services.With the clear policy,the digital market competition of rural library is extremely fierce.Digital rural house product based on the C company and operation optimization study as the main line,to study a lot of theoretical basis and related literature,combined with the products of the company ten years promotion application situation,summarize the current C company digital rural house product development phase and the products of the company marketing strategy and so on,and combined with the related policy and research products,put forward the specific construction scheme for digital farm house product upgrade,build "more than one platform,four centers,terminal" of the product form,the promotion product competitive advantage.After the product upgrade,the original form of resource use should be changed to break the restriction of resource use due to location,improve the utilization rate of resources,and make the digital rural library a product that is easy to be managed by the competent department,easy to be read by the common people and used by the promotion department.In addition this paper also combined with the 4p marketing strategy for the current product marketing strategy of C company is analyzed,and combining the company’s strategic transformation,break the traditional mode of database marketing,put forward to build knowledge management and knowledge service brand,to embed the knowledge service of product design,increase the activity plan,platform to promote responsibility,operation optimization design.By optimizing the products and operation of the digital farmhouse,the influence of the farmhouse in rural areas and farmers will be gradually enhanced,the farmhouse will be built into a rural cultural center,and the influence and economic benefits of C Company in the farmhouse market will be improved.Through product optimization,extend product life cycle,improve market competitiveness,and create economic benefits,at the same time,provide new practice cases for exploring the company’s strategic transformation,and truly realize the transformation from literature service to knowledge service.Through the products and the operation mode optimization,product utilization responsibilities,combined with the end user at the same time,to carry out series of offline online activities on a regular basis,gradually building is platform with digital farm house,drive the farm house in the countryside culture construction in the process of impact,cultivate readers’ utilization of farm house,in the end really to peasant bookstore has books read,someone tube,with activities to attract,form the vivid gathered popularity,dynamic and sustainable situation.
