Under the multilateral trade rules,the international division of labor of industry has become more and more important.The enterprises participating in the international division of labor are managed by the manufacturers who are the leaders of the industrial value chain.According to the governance model of the global value chain,the relevant manufacturers are divided into five governance models: market,module,relationship,capture and level.It has become an urgent task for Chinese enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,to formulate appropriate marketing strategies to promote the industrial upgrading to the highend value chain profits.This paper takes the marketing strategy of AI cable company as the research object,according to the development status of the company,combined with the characteristics of OEM industry,and under the model of global value chain governance,discusses the current environment of the enterprise.Through the external environment,industry environment and internal environment of the enterprise,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the enterprise are defined.Combined with the relevant theories,this paper makes a new feasible marketing strategy for AI cable company.This paper is divided into five parts according to the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,the current situation of domestic research,the structure,methods and technical route of the paper.The second part introduces the management theory.The third part studies the internal and external environment of enterprises,analyzes the external environment with pest theory,analyzes the industry environment with Porter's five forces model,and analyzes the internal environment with the current situation of enterprise operation.The fourth part,the company marketing strategy is formulated using STP and 4P theory.Finally,formulate the operation guarantee measures are proposed.Through the research on the market environment of AI cable companies,a new marketing strategy is proposed,which has a certain reference significance for the same industry and other small and medium-sized enterprises.
