Abstract/Summary:
With the research progressing constantly to the complicated discipline, people has been waken up to the traditional method, which was fit to the development of small-scale and simple product, was not fit to the large-scale and complicated project and its product. For example, the large-scale hydropower-generator set. Digital Mock-up technology is an important method to complicated system modeling, but Digital Mock-up modeling is just to be used in design analysis stage of Product Life Cycle at present mostly, and is short of being used in other stage. Every stage analysis and forecast is necessary all to Complicated Product, therefore, the research on Digital Mock-up of Product modelling with Life Cycle issues has important signification. Author has participated in the project of"Design of Digital industry ability Platform of hydropower-generator set and key technology research", and has researched digitization designs and application situation presently. Base on the enterprise and product characteristic, the research on Digital Mock-up of Product modelling with Life Cycle issues is presented in this paper.Research on aspects of this dissertation is as follows:(1) Researching developing course and tendency of Digital Mock-up;(2) By the research of developing of Complicated Product, and exploring the Complicated Product Life cycle, the paper proved the developing of Complicated Product Digital Mock-up of Product Life Cycle is necessary.(3) Base on the Ontology and ontology modeling theory, by the flow-bulb hydrogenerator characteristic of developing and manufacturing, introducing the product Digital Mock-up modeling method and analysis process.(4) Researching the increment factor influence in Complicated Product Digital Mock-up of Product Life Cycle. By analyzing the probability distribution of the associated tolerances, and corresponding manufacturing Digital Mock-up model is generated, which covers both the original geometry dimension and the additional statistical manufacturing increment. Furthermore, the different features of design stage and manufacturing stage of product Digital Mock-up are analyzed. The observed results prove the signification and effect in researching on Digital Mock-up of Complicated Product modeling with Life Cycle issues.
