| In recent years,with the rapid progress of the global economy,manufacturing servitization has become a new economic growth point for manufacturing enterprises.In the product life cycle of complex products,such as aircraft and locomotives,maintenance,repair and overhaul(Maintenance,repair and overhaul,MRO)stage becomes the phase with the closest relationship with users,manufacturers and service providers.This thesis conducts research on serviceoriented product life cycle data management.Based on the characteristics of MRO service data,the product life cycle data modeling is carried out.The construction method of service bill of material(Service BOM,SBOM)based on bill of material(Bill of material,BOM)view mapping and SBOM evolution model are studied.Establish an information tracking and traceability mechanism to obtain historical fault data for maintenance plan optimization.First of all,according to the difference and connection of product data between MRO stage and design and manufacturing stage,the objects in the product life cycle are analyzed according to the product form,and the class hierarchy of the objects is constructed based on unified modeling language(Unified modeling language,UML)technology.On this basis,the data model of the product life cycle is established to ensure the consistency and integrity of the product life cycle data.Secondly,according to the characteristic that the SBOM data source includes multiple product stage information of multiple enterprise entities,a SBOM conversion framework oriented to the product life cycle is constructed.Analyze the special component types in the evolution of BOM,define the BOM view mapping model for SBOM,build BOM view mapping rules,establish a data tracking and traceability mechanism for product life cycle,and solve the problem of information islands between enterprises.Then,the product information in the product service stage is dynamic and complex,so the static SBOM cannot satisfy the management and service requirements of dynamic MRO activities.By analyzing the data characteristics under the dynamic MRO business,the SBOM structure and its evolution relationship model under the three management requirements of batch products,single products and single MRO services are studied.And based on the MRO service requirements in the product service life cycle,the dynamic evolution model of SBOM and the MRO service information traceability mechanism are constructed to provide data support for dynamic MRO activities.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the application of information traceability in actual MRO service work is carried out.By obtaining historical fault data,consider three types of maintenance methods:minimum maintenance,preventive maintenance and preventive replacement.Based on reliability,an optimal preventive maintenance decision model for a single component is constructed.Also,the optimal preventive maintenance frequency and preventive maintenance interval for a single component are calculated by minimizing the maintenance cost per unit time of a component in a single preventive replacement cycle.On this basis,considering the time correlation of components,the opportunistic group maintenance strategy of multi-component system is studied,and the preventive maintenance plan of the system is optimized,which reduces the total number of preventive maintenance and the total maintenance cost. |
