With the vigorous development of the Internet market,informatization and scientific and technological construction have become the core of the operator industry,in order to provide customers with better products.Y company currently adopts waterfall development mode,which is conducive to the organization and management of software projects,the standardization of processes,and the stability and safety of products.However,compared with the current popular agile development model,waterfall development model has obvious shortcomings with the requirements of the country in terms of cost reduction and growth rate,customer requirements for cost reduction and efficiency increase,rapid response to social hot spots,and rapid market capture.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of customers,company Y needs to find a suitable software project R & D model to solve the main problems currently faced,so as to better serve customers and respond to customer needs.Through literature comparison and case analysis,combined with the problems existing in phase I of s project,this paper finally selects scrum agile development model from various software management models as the project management model of phase II of s project.From the aspects of demand management,quality management,progress management and performance management,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and puts forward optimization plans to solve the current difficulties of the company.Finally,the implementation results are estimated and analyzed.It is expected that the project cycle,cost,release times,user participation and performance will be greatly improved.Summing up the successful experience of the second phase of s project can be a reference for enterprises considering the transformation from traditional mode to agile development.At the same time,it provides guidance for the application and promotion of Scrum model in operator projects. |
