Internet technology is constantly changing people’s production and life.As the main body of the market economy,enterprises are facing unprecedented pressures of living environment and competitive environment.Company M is a provider of software products,solutions and services.With the rapid development of information technology,especially the gradual application of emerging technologies such as AI,The Internet of Things,and cloud computing in recent years,the project demand is no longer as stable as the original project.The demand is changing and the requirements are higher,and the traditional waterfall software development management model has been unable to cope with it,resulting in slow demand response,low production efficiency,and frequent delays in project delivery.How to improve the existing project management model to solve the current situation of changing demands and provide customers with timely and high-quality products is an urgent problem for company M and many companies facing the same predicament.Firstly,this paper analyzes the existing more commonly used and mature software project development models by consulting literature materials,sorts out the basic ideas and theories of each model,and conducts systematic research on agile development and methods,Scrum,and provides solutions for subsequent enterprises.The research provides theoretical support.Secondly,through the interview method,find out the problems existing in the current software development project management of company M.The SWOT method is used to analyze the competition status of software projects in the industry where M company is located,and the general strategy of software project management is formulated according to the problems in the company’s project management.Under the guidance of the general strategy,Scrum agile development was introduced,and combined with the Dev Ops concept,improvement measures were formulated in four aspects: project organizational structure,requirements management,software development process management,and quality management,and a set of software that was in line with the actual situation of M company was designed.Project management application scheme,finally,take the GJBSS project as a research case,implement the application scheme in the project,track and record the implementation of the Scrum agile method in the GJBSS project,and find out that after adopting the Scrum agile method,the response speed of demand changes and The timely delivery rate has been greatly improved,the development and product quality have been greatly improved,customer satisfaction has been improved,and team communication has become more effective,proving the effectiveness of the Dev Ops-integrated Scrum solution.To sum up,this paper aims at the problems existing in the project management of company M in the software development process,integrates the Dev Ops concept into the Scrum agile method,extends the scope of agile development to operation and maintenance,and formulates corresponding improvement strategies for the software development project management of company M.It not only improves the company’s software project management efficiency,accelerates the response speed to customer needs,but also significantly improves the development efficiency and quality of the project,and also provides a reference for enterprises that need to apply the Scrum agile method. |
