Company G has been committed to the information software of power industry field for many years,providing a number of excellent information products for a lot of domestic power enterprises.With the increasing competition of original products and the continuous innovation of power system information projects,especially the emergence and gradual application of new technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence in recent years,the project requirements is no longer as mature and stable as the original project,but presents changing characteristics.This poses a big challenge for companies like G that have been used to the traditional waterfall model of software development management.the project process was slow and the products were low-quality and high-cost because of the company failed to adapt to the change in project requirements.In order to adapt the rapidly changing of the project needs and provide customers with high-quality and stable products,the project management mode should be improved.This is an urgent problem to be solved by company G as well as a large number of similar enterprises.Taking the existing project management process of company G as the research object and based on the project practice process,this paper combined with the basic theory of Agile methods and Scrum method to improve the software development project management process of company G.Through the implementation of the Scrum approach,this study has realized the optimization of the software project development process,and improved the development efficiency and the ability to adapt to the change of project requirements.Therefore,the economic benefits and market competitiveness of the company will be improved.First of all,the management of software project development process,the basic ideas of Agile methods and theories,the main part and processes of the Scrum Agile methods have been studied systematically through extensive literature reading,which provided a theoretical basis of the follow-up analysis of project management problems and the implementation of improvement measures for Company G.Secondly,the existing project development management process of company G was studied.The existing problems were analyzed,through qualitative and quantitative analysis.the problems were found and the improvement direction of management measures of company G was clarified.Then,based on the existing problems and guided by Scrum theory and practice,the improvement measures for the organizational structure,planning and control,requirements management and quality management of company G,were specified.The Agile development management process and system of company G was formed.Finally,taking project Y as a case study,this paper tracked the whole process of the implementation of Scrum Agile method in this project,finding the problems and giving the improvement measures in the implementation process.To sum up,this paper improves the software development project management process of company G through Scrum method.It improves the software project management efficiency of company G,which can quickly respond to customer needs,and improves the development efficiency and market competitiveness.It also can be referenced by the enterprises in the same industry to improve project management processes or apply Scrum Agile methods. |
