In recent years,with China’s active layout in 5G,artificial intelligence and other high-tech fields,relevant Chinese enterprises have greatly improved their technology research and development capabilities and market competitiveness.China is becoming a force that cannot be ignored in the global market supply chain.But the United States to maintain its world hegemony,weaken the momentum of development in our country,in disregard of the development trend of the global market,through various means to hinder the development of our country related technologies,and semiconductor chip supply chain become the key target.At the same time,the global chip supply chain has faced a serious shortage in recent years due to the joint action of multiple factors.Countries are increasingly worried about the security and stability of supply chain globalization.It is very urgent and necessary to analyze the development background of China’s semiconductor chip supply chain and identify the risks existing in semiconductor chip supply chain.Although the existing risk identification methods can identify supply chain risks,they still have problems such as high subjectivity and ignoring risk association.At the same time,in the face of complex supply chain network,the identification effect of relevant means is not good.In order to effectively identify the risks of semiconductor chip supply chain in China,this thesis proposes a risk identification method of semiconductor chip supply chain based on news text.Firstly,the key information related to the semiconductor chip supply chain is extracted and the internal and external environment and hot-events of the semiconductor chip supply chain are analyzed to form the key information set of the semiconductor chip supply chain.Secondly,this thesis proposes a risk event extraction and correlation method based on topic model and dependency parsing.Thirdly,using the method proposed in this thesis,we try to find the risk of China’s semiconductor chip supply chain under the background of Sino-US trade war and the purpose of the us crackdown on China’s semiconductor chip supply chain.Finally,according to the identified risks,relevant suggestions are put forward from the four perspectives of industry,economy,market and technology.The bottleneck of technology development and the imbalance of supply and demand are the main risks affecting the normal operation of global semiconductor chip supply chain.China’s semiconductor chip supply chain suffers from poor internal circulation due to the lack of technology of upstream enterprises and the inability of high-end production equipment to be self-sufficient.At the same time High-end chip products are controlled by foreign countries,and China’s semiconductor supply chain has insufficient toughness and serious security threat risks.In order to curb China,the United States sabotages the supply chain of semiconductor chips in China from the perspectives of technology,market and industry,with the intention of increasing the cost of China’s development,reducing the competitiveness of relevant enterprises,squeezing China to the lower reaches of the supply chain to reduce our country competition and bargaining power.Therefore,this thesis from the industrial,economic,market and technological of four aspects,combined with the development environment and specific risks to put forward the corresponding solutions.This thesis proposes a new risk identification method for semiconductor chip supply chain,and uses the method and related theories to effectively identify and sort out the development environment and risks of Semiconductor chip supply chain in China under the background of trade war,which provides some reference for the independent development of semiconductor chip supply chain in China.
