Research On Improvement Of Response Speed And Inventory Of Supply Chain Management Of Semiconductor Company SR

In the recent two decades,the economy has been booming in China.Many Chinese enterprises have been playing an increasingly important role in global economic activities.However,enterprises also face great challenges from various challenges.Especially in the aspect of supply chain management,the enterprises may face the risks of delayed delivery and insufficient inventory due to the unclear market expectation and the immature cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers.Therefore,SR Company urgently needs to improve the stability of supply chain management and the ability to avoid risks to meet the increasingly fierce international competition.Firstly,this thesis describes the basic theory of supply chain management.Secondly,taking SR company as the research object,this thesis analyze and study the related problems of supply chain management of semiconductor design company by using the methods of literature analysis,investigation,ABC classification and summary induction.Then,the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed,mainly including three aspects: first,the order demand cannot be accurately predicted;Second,the supply chain lacks coordination ability;Third,the supply chain lacks of the ability to avoid risks.In view of the above three aspects of the reason analysis,this thesis describes the solution: first,accurate and timely estimate customer orders;Second,it will strengthen the coordination ability of supply chain;Third,the establishment of scientific inventory strategy and specific measurements.Finally,the implementation of the optimization scheme is predicted scientifically and the future research direction is prospected.The study shows that by scientifically organizing enterprises in each link of the whole supply chain and enhancing the coordination among enterprises,the stability and risk avoidance ability of the supply chain will be improved,and ultimately the customer satisfaction will be greatly improved.The research results of this thesis can provide practical reference for other semiconductor design enterprises to solve supply chain problems.
