Research On Supply Chain Financial Risk Management Based On Blockchain Technology

With the continuous innovation of financial instruments,the novel financial model of supply chain finance began to play an important role in the financial industry.At the same time,under the background of the continuous development of the industrial structure,the supply chain financial model has become increasingly diversified,making important contributions to the development of enterprises and the improvement of the financial industry.The development of modern finance is closely related to science and technology,in which the integration of blockchain technology and supply chain finance fully illustrates this point.Supply chain finance is a multi-party participation and relatively closed environment.The characteristics of blockchain technology can just ensure the stability and authenticity of supply chain finance in the process of operation.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,it can also help supply chain finance to solve the actual situation of too high cost,and constantly improve the efficiency and quality of supply chain finance through the close combination of the two.Based on the risk management theory,the supply chain finance under supply chain technology,judge the risk index of supply chain finance,and finally propose the risk management method of supply chain finance under block chain technology.The paper concluded that the supply chain financial risk shows conductivity,complexity,dynamic,vulnerability and transfer;and the main risks include policy risk,credit risk,operational risk,information data risk and regulatory risk,composed of internal and external factors.According to the evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the supply chain financial risk evaluation system is constructed:In the supply chain financial risk under the blockchain technology,the score of policy risk is 8.23,the score of credit risk is 6.94,the score of operational risk is 7.86,the score of information data risk is 5.97,and the score of regulatory risk is 5.73.Among them,policy risk is evaluated as highlevel risk;credit risk and operational risk are evaluated as relatively high risk;regulatory risk is evaluated as medium-level risk.Finally,this article proposes the supply chain financial risk management countermeasures from the guidance of the macro industry,building the whole process,standardizing the operation process,building the information data management system,and strengthening the open and transparent supervision mechanism under blockchain technology.
