| Supply chain finance is a new financial concept and financing model.In the supply chain finance business,banks use the tripartite contractual relationship between supply chain credit entities,core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises to transform the former risk management of a single enterprise into the risk management of the entire supply chain.This weakened the rigid requirements of banks on financial indicators of financing enterprises,and solved the problem of financing difficulties for some enterprises.However,due to the diversity of bank supply chain business,banks are easy to ignore some risks in the actual supply chain operation,which brings losses to the quality of bank credit assets,and may even cause a series of chain reactions.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in risk control of banks in supply chain finance.Based on the above background,this paper selects the semiconductor supply chain business of Bank S as the research object.Through the investigation of Bank S,it is found that its risk evaluation method is not scientific enough and the risk response measures are not comprehensive enough.In order to alleviate this problem,this paper identifies the risk factors of the semiconductor supply chain financial business of Bank S from the five levels of core enterprises,upstream suppliers,downstream distributors,banks and third-party regulatory companies,evaluates the overall risk and risks faced by each level,and puts forward specific countermeasures.In the process of risk identification and selection of risk indicators,the literature review method and expert questionnaire method are adopted.First,the original risk list is determined through literature review,and then the final list of risk factors is determined by issuing questionnaires to experts of Bank S,and finally 20 secondary risk indicators are determined.On this basis,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the weight vector of each risk index in criterion level 1 is obtained by scoring each risk index by experts;Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall risk and the risk of criterion level 1.The final evaluation results showed that the overall risk level of the semiconductor supply chain finance business of Bank S is between medium and high,among which the core enterprise factor is the highest risk,followed by the bank factor.These two factors are risk points that need to be concerned,while the lowest risk level is the upstream supplier factor,which can be normally concerned.Due to some defects in the calculation of index weight by AHP,it is hard to determine the difference between the final evaluation result and the real risk value.In order to evaluate the risk value more objectively,this paper introduces the entropy weight method and AHP to optimize the index weight,and then obtains the combined weight of each index again,and then combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to re-evaluate the risk of the semiconductor supply chain financial business of Bank S;The evaluation results show that the overall risk level is still between medium and high;However,the highest risk level in criterion level 1 becomes the bank factor,followed by the core enterprise factor.After the re-evaluation results are obtained,specific countermeasures are proposed for each risk index in the standard level 1,in order to better and more scientifically help Bank S to control the risk of its semiconductor supply chain financial business. |
