With the development of the times,technology has gradually moved from electrification to information and intelligence.The rigid screens in the past can no longer fully meet the growing needs of the people.Flexible display will become the development direction of smart phones in the future.However,my country's technology accumulation in the display industry is weak and the industrial chain is not perfect.Powerful countries in the display industry represented by Samsung and LG,such as Japan,South Korea,and the United States,monopolize the raw material supply chain and related core patents."Price increase and shortage" are easily the two key words in the domestic mobile phone industry chain,which means that we have no pricing and bargaining power.In the future,mobile phone flexible screens are likely to face important supply shortages.Therefore,studying the system structure and operation process of the risk management of the flexible screen supply chain has certain theoretical and practical value for the mobile phone flexible screen industry chain.The main research content of this thesis is the risk management of the mobile phone flexible screen supply chain of M company.Firstly,it sorts out the existing mobile phone flexible screen technology optimization methods,factors affecting the development of the mobile phone flexible screen supply chain,the meaning of supply chain risk,supply chain risk identification methods,and supply chain risk assessment methods to find out the current mobile phone flexibility The shortcomings of the research on the risk management of the display screen supply chain;secondly,the relevant situation of the flexible screen industry chain,the operation process of the flexible screen supply chain of the M company and the M company is introduced.At the same time,several existing risk management in the flexible screen supply chain of the M company are introduced.The problem was analyzed,and the risk of the mobile phone flexible screen supply chain was identified;again,the risk indicators of the flexible screen supply chain of M company were constructed and analyzed,and 5 first-level risk indicators and 23 corresponding second-level risks were constructed Indicators,combined with the previous risk identification factors,used analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the risk evaluation process,explained the related risk management system and operation mechanism;then,proposed related improvement measures for M company;finally,the conclusion and Outlook,through the analysis and discussion of the above part,draw relevant conclusions and make a certain outlook on the trend of future flexible screen supply chain risk management.
