Research On The Operation Status Of "Shandong Smart Library Cloud" And Its Improvement Countermeasures

Starting from 2021,China has entered the development period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan from 2021 to 2025.At the same time,there is a heated discussion on the development of library in the library system in the new era.As the advanced stage after the development of the first generation of traditional library and the second generation of digital library,the issues related to the future construction and development of smart library have aroused hot discussion.In addition,relevant national policies also put wisdom library construction and development in a prominent position,for example,the People’s Republic of China on the development of national economy and social development of 14 five-year plan especially in "public service" to provide more wisdom is mentioned in the chapter "wisdom library" this concept.The smart library has undoubtedly become an important subject of close attention and research in the library system in the new era.Under this background,the wisdom of the construction of the library work cause the attention of industry inside and outside,at present,for the exploration of construction project is mostly focus on the wisdom and the present situation of the library construction description level universities such as most common sense the wisdom of the library as the main research object,not only in the study of wisdom cloud of library in the slightly weak,Moreover,relevant studies taking the provincial and municipal smart library cloud construction projects as case studies need to be further enriched.Firstly,this study mainly obtains the contents,users,data and current status of the operation of "Shandong Smart Library Cloud" through the network survey method,and then combines the interview method and questionnaire survey method to explain the problems exposed by the operation status.On the whole,by analyzing the cloud operation data and usage feelings of Shandong smart library,the widespread operational problems of cloud construction projects of smart library are revealed.Such as uneven proportion of resources type,concentration,operation information release time fixed columns list,content update time lag,the website needs to strengthen the follow-up maintenance management platform,platform,the lack of proper planning of aging,promote the lack of channels such as both columns and in involving resource planning level and architectural aspects of problems.Finally,the research forms an improvement strategy centering on four levels of operation status: content operation,user operation,data operation and activity operation.This study further illustrates the current situation of the construction and operation of smart libraries and provides a provincial case,in order to provide some reference for the construction of smart libraries nationwide on the basis of having a positive impact on the improvement of the current situation of the operation of smart library construction projects in Shandong.
