| With the development of the times and the advancement of technology,the application of new media and the Internet has become more widespread,and libraries,as documentary information resource centers,play an important role in the development of human civilization.Entering a new era,new requirements are put forward for library services,which require them to combine with We Chat public platform and burst into a new life.We Chat public platform plays a unique role in library service with its convenient and novel usage,which can not only provide basic services for users,but also deliver values in the form of tweets.In recent years,more and more university libraries choose to open We Chat public number to expand and improve their services,while the development of We Chat public platform is getting more and more mature,the needs of library users are also changing all the time.In this thesis,30 undergraduate university libraries in Shandong province are taken as the research objects,and the research is conducted from several aspects such as account opening,account type,menu function,tweet function and influence index to understand the current situation of We Chat service construction in Shandong university libraries,and from the perspective of users,the user demands are investigated through questionnaire research and semi-structured interview method,including the demand of menu function,tweet function,technical demand,and the demand for We Chat service.demand,technical demand,as well as the use of We Chat public number,user satisfaction,etc.,in order to provide reference for future related research and construction of We Chat public platform.Through the research,it is found that the operation of We Chat public platform of Shandong university libraries has problems such as poor platform propaganda,confusing account types,unclear function introduction,unusable functions,lack of personalized service functions,low quality of tweet content,low frequency and single form of tweets,lack of communication interaction and implementation feedback,lagging system operation and error reporting,and cumbersome interface design.In view of these problems,this thesis summarizes and puts forward positive countermeasures,including:strengthening publicity,beautiful and clear interface design,regular maintenance and updating of accounts,enhancing personalized services,improving the quality of tweets,strengthening interaction and communication,and ensuring system stability,in order to provide reference opinions and suggestions for Shandong university libraries to further improve their We Chat services. |
