Research On Local Literature Work Of Prefecture-level Public Libraries In Shandong Province

Since the sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee,the strategic goal of cultural power has been set,and cultural construction has become an increasingly critical part of social development.As reliable data that can reflect a culture,local literature plays an important role in both social knowledge service and local regional development.As the most representative regional literature center,public library has made great achievements in digital construction,development and utilization of local literature and activity promotion in recent years.Through the study of the local literature work of public libraries,it is not only beneficial to give play to the value of local literature,but also helpful to inherit the local civilization and highlight the local cultural characteristics.The research object of this article for the Shandong province municipal public libraries,the author through the investigation in Shandong province municipal public library's local literature work,found that at present most of the municipal public library in Shandong province in the local literature work,can guarantee the most basic of digital collection,collection,etc.But due to restrictions,such as funding,personnel and some public library for the use of local literature is still lack of depth research,mostly just stay on the provide consultation service for viewing and simple,failure to unearth the depth of local literature value;In addition,although all public libraries have publicity and promotion activities aimed at local literature,some libraries still lack publicity strength and novelty of activities,and fail to achieve good interaction with the public.The research on the local literature work of prefecture-level public libraries in Shandong Province mainly includes the following seven parts:The first part: in the introduction part of the article,firstly,by reading a large amount of materials,it sorts out the research background of the local literature work of public libraries at the municipal level,and briefly introduces the research significance and purpose of this article.Secondly,by sorting out related literature topics at home and abroad,I have a preliminary understanding of the current research status of local literature work at home and abroad,and finally gave the research content,methods and innovation points of this article.These preliminary studies have laid a solid foundation for the subsequent investigations.The second part: a comprehensive summary of the basic theories of local documentation work in public libraries,including concepts,types,characteristics,and the main content of local documentation work in public libraries,will lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent investigation and research.The third part: before investigating the local literature work of public libraries at the prefectural and municipal levels in Shandong Province,a systematic design is required,including the survey object,survey method,survey content and survey process.The fourth part: taking the prefecture-level public libraries in Shandong Province as the object of investigation,this part investigates the local literature work at the present stage.The survey through the network survey,telephone interview and questionnaire investigation,using library website,We Chat public number,Micro Blog platform,such as the content of the resources for each prefecture level in Shandong province public library,the management mechanism,the promotion,service condition,and to investigate,evaluation feedback,a total of five aspects to respectively from the perspectives of the library,the public and third party perspective on the current situation of public library's local literature work of comprehensive and objective summary,and find the existing problems,and gives corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The fifth part: in municipal public libraries in Shandong province,on the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation of local literature work,found that the outstanding achievement in the local literature work,mainly reflected in the local literature resources construction has certain scale,the local literature are special management,local literature consciousness enhancement,the local literature work is gradually form innovation service.The sixth part: in municipal public libraries in Shandong province,on the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation of local literature work,found in the local literature work in the process of a series of problems,mainly reflected in the local literature resources construction,the weak strength of the management mechanism is imperfect,publicity and promotion,development and utilization of the depth of the deficiencies and the lack of the service object of evaluation feedback in five aspects.The seventh part: In view of the five problems put forward in the fifth part,the author gives some countermeasures and suggestions,that is,to speed up the standardized construction of local literature resources;perfecting the management mechanism of local literature work;strengthen the propaganda of local literature;in-depth local literature research,innovation activity form content;and to construct a new development pattern of multi-cooperation of local literature.The eighth part: the conclusion summarizes the main contents of this investigation in order to promote the improvement and development of local literature work in prefecture-level public libraries and lay a certain foundation for further and systematic research on local literature work in other prefecture-level public libraries in the future.
