Research On Continuous Use Behavior Of Mobile Library Users Based On ECM-ISC Model

With the further advance and popularization of mobile Internet technology and mobile terminals,mobile devices have greatly changed the way people learn,work and communicate daily.The way people communicate,study and work has gradually changed from offline to online.Mobile library is also based on people’s need to learn online and obtain knowledge and information.Because the mobile library realizes that its users can query,browse and obtain all kinds of information conveniently and sensitively with the help of various mobile devices.It has been widely welcomed by users,and the user group has expanded rapidly.Mobile library has the advantages of diverse information,convenient use and interactivity,which brings new learning experiences and feelings to users.China’s mobile library platform has mushroomed,which brings about the problem of low retention rate of users.The user’s continuous use behavior is the key factor to measure whether the mobile library can develop in depth and play the greatest role.Therefore,this paper focuses on the continuous use of mobile library users,and further explores the factors that influence the continuous use of mobile library.In this study,the mobile library is taken as the research object,and the user continuous use model(ECM-ISC)is taken as the theoretical framework.Combined with the characteristics of the mobile library,external variables such as information quality,service quality and subjective norms are introduced to construct the user continuous use model of the mobile library.The research data were obtained by questionnaire survey,and the processed data were imported into statistical analysis software for reliability and validity test and factor analysis The fitting degree test and research hypothesis significance test of the research model constructed in this paper are carried out by AMOS24.0.The results of empirical analysis show that information quality has a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of mobile library users,and the service quality of mobile library has an impact on users’ expectations,and the degree of confirmation of expectations in turn affects users’ satisfaction.There is a positive correlation between mobile library users’ satisfaction and users’ willingness to continue using the mobile library.Self-efficacy of mobile library users is positively correlated with their willingness to continue using.Subjective norms are positively correlated with their willingness to continue using.This study not only verifies the applicability of ECM-ISC in this study,but also further understands the driving factors of mobile library users’continuous use behavior.It also verifies the influence relationship among multiple variables involved in ECM-ISC model,and expands the interpretation boundary of ECM-ISC model.At the end of the article,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the service of mobile library and the author’s summary and prospect of this research.
