Mobile library has become a new development direction of library services, and it is also a research hotspot at home and abroad in recent years.Colleges and universities have invested a lot of resources in the construction of mobile libraries in order to improve the quality of library mobile information services. However, from the actual usage situation, users' actual recognition of mobile libraries is not high, and it does not achieve the desired results. The success of information systems depends on the continuous usage of users, and mobile libraries are no exception. The construction of mobile libraries requires the continuous improvement and innovation of the library itself. On the other hand, the continuous usage of users directly affects the sustainable development of mobile libraries. At present, domestic scholars research users' continuous usage behavior of mobile library mostly based on static cross-section data, ignoring the dynamic variability of user behavior, and the conclusion can only reflect the users' perception and feedback to the mobile library at a certain time. Therefore, dynamically tracking users' continuous usage behavior, obtaining dynamic data of mobile library and grasping the characteristics of users' continuous usage behavior of mobile library are of great significance for improving the quality of mobile library services and promoting the sustainable development of mobile libraries.Based on the domestic and foreign literature,I conducted an open-ended questionnaire survey for college students who had used mobile libraries to obtain the key factors affecting their continuous usage of mobile libraries.Combining with D&M ISSM,ECM-ISC and TTF model,I constructed a research model for users' continuous usage behavior of mobile library.Drawing on the mature scales in existing researches at domestic and foreign,I designed and modified variable measurement scales according to experts' opinions, and then conducted pre-tests to improve the questionnaires to form the final questionnaire.Selecting the students who used the mobile library for a period of time as respondents,I conducted a three-month dynamically tracking to obtain their questionnaire data of mobile library. The time interval of the questionnaire distribution and collection was about one month.Finally,194 people and their sample data are validated from three questionnaires(T1,T2,andT3 time points).I use SPSS22.0 and Smart PLS2.0 software to analyze respondent data to obtain the factors that influence users' continuous intention to use mobile library at different points in time.Comparing the differences,I understand the dynamic changes at different points in time to better grasp users' continuous usage behavior of mobile library. The empirical results show that:(1)T1 time point, service quality of mobile library affects expectation confirmation of users, while task-technology fit and expectation confirmation affect users' perceived usefulness and satisfaction, perceived usefulness and satisfaction affect users' continuous usage willingness;T2 time point, service quality of mobile library affects expectation confirmation of users, expectation confirmation affects users' perceived usefulness and satisfaction,task-technology fit and perceived usefulness affect user' satisfaction,task-technology fit and satisfaction affect users' continuous usage willingness;T3 time points, system quality and service quality of mobile library affect expectations confirmation of users,task-technology fit, information quality and service quality affect users' perceived usefulness,task-technology fit, expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness affects users' satisfaction, while perceived usefulness and satisfaction affect users' continuous usage willingness.(2)Comparing the empirical analysis results at three time points,it is found that in the early stage of usage, namely T1 and T2 time points, users' continuous usage willingness is mainly affected by task-technology fit, perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation;after about three months of usage, namely T3 time points, users' continuous usage is mainly affected by perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality and service quality;satisfaction has always been a key factor affecting users' continuous usage, and service quality has always been an important factor affecting users' continuous usage.
