The rapid development of the mobile library is a traditional library service model to keep pace with The Times, under the background of the new era of response to the inevitable trend of user requirements. While how effective the new service mode, mobile library depends not only on the library’s own efforts and innovation, and is closely related to the user experience and adoption.Therefore, the thesis study from the perspective of user acceptance of mobile library, using the method of empirical analysis, analysis the influence factors of affect users of mobile library service adopted, explore the mechanism and the way of promoting user adoption, guide and optimize the user adoption behavior, to improve the quality of service, so as to promote the rapid development of mobile library.To traditional technology acceptance theory and adopt relevant research results of the model has carried on the system, combining the actual characteristics of the mobile library, based on the UTAUT model user adoption of new mobile library research model, namely MLUAM model.According to the new model foundation, proposed Facilitating convenience, Society influence, Effort expectancy,Performance expectancy, Service mobility, Pay the value, User innovation, Self cognition eight assumptions.Design variable scale and questionnaire, investigating the mobile library users,265effective questionnaires were taken back, and use the SPSS19.0software analysis, reliability test and verify the reliability of the questionnaire, and used the fitting degree of the Amos software to verify the model, validate assumptions deviation, provide reference for theory and practice.Conclusion shows that Effort expectancy,Performance expectancy, Service mobility, User innovation, Self cognition to User adoption intention significantly influence, adoption intention and Facilitating convenience on adoption behavior significantly, and pay the value, social influence is not significant effects on adoption intention.According to the results of the above analysis, puts forward to promote mobile library users to accept the Suggestions and countermeasures, so as to provide reliable theoretical guidance for the mobile library practice.
