With the advent of the information age, library mobile services has been widely used in various fields, and affect people’s learning and life. In the field of Library and information, a new service in a mobile library service is created and developed.Mobile library service for the user whenever and wherever possible query, access library resources provide opportunities, but also provides opportunities for obtaining personalized service better. As the extension of Digital Library and a new innovative service, mobile library service has become a hot research in Library and information science academic. At present, more and more colleges and universities have launched a mobile library services, the library provides a variety of mobile services to meet the needs of users. But the mobile library exist the problems of complex, the mobile terminal operating system of digital resources system and the format is not unified, improve the quality of the library service to establish evaluation system of service quality of University Library Mobile unity can be better. The library is the keynote for customer service, and then the mobile library service quality evaluation also should from the user perspective.A model based on the library service quality evaluation model was modified, the design of a new mobile library service quality of university evaluation model. In four dimensions of service(service content, service mode, service technical support, service effect) based on the importance of sorting, then a specific level of decomposition is a problem to evaluate the service quality of the mobile library, discusses the influence of different factors on the service quality of the mobile library, then launched a mobile library user questionnaire survey the library of Northeast Normal University, and has carried on the empirical analysis, the questionnaire samples for the lowest tolerant mobile library services, the actual value of a sense of value and ideal expectation value analysis. Through the empirical analysis, the conclusion is: the service content and effect is most two service dimensions of attention for the user, is a mobile library service quality evaluation of two of the most key factors.By empirical data analysis, obtained the current colleges and universities to carry out the existence of mobile library service problems and weak points, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions. Through the analysis of theoretical research, model assumptions and empirical research, the main conclusion of this paper are as follows: through the literature and case study analysis, obtains the influence the four major dimensions of service quality of mobile library services, respectively: technical support service content, service effect, service mode, service. The sample data based on this research, the empirical analysis on the influence of service quality of mobile library, through the statistical analysis of the data, has significant positive effects that service dimensions of the two dimensions of service content and service effect of the mobile library service quality in universities.
