An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Users' Continuous Use Behavior In WeChat Library

With the advent of the mobile Internet era,the development of the library needs to face the change of the user's demand,that is,the transformation from traditional service to mobile service.WeChat library has become an important form of mobile service in domestic libraries,users have been generally welcomed,user groups expanded rapidly,but the problem whether the user can continue to use the attention but easily overlooked.WeChat library can get further development and play the maximum efficiency,continuous behavior often depends on the user.This paper takes WeChat library users to continue to use the behavior as the research object,to reveal the key factors affecting the sustainable use of user behavior,to improve the mobile service user behavior theory,enhance the mobile service has important significance in theory and practice experience.Through the information system user behavior of domestic and foreign theoretical research,analysis of We Chat library and continuing research activities using the status quo,to users to continue to use the extended model(EECM-ISC)based on related variables into the system quality,information quality,service quality,information system success model,build WeChat library users to continue to use the behavior model.By questionnaire,structural equation model and other research methods,carry out the WeChat library users to continue to use the behavior influencing factors empirical study,using SPSS Statistics 19 and SPSS AMOS 24 software to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,conducted confirmatory factor analysis in structural modeling is based on the test results of the model fitting,and verification of WeChat the influence factors of continuous using behavior hypothesis,finally influence factors of WeChat library users to continue to use the behavior and interaction mechanism.According to the WeChat library users continue to use the behavior research results show that:(1)the user perception of WeChat library information quality has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness,and service quality and system quality has a significant positive impact on expectation confirmation.(2)there is a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness and user satisfaction of WeChat library users,which has a greater impact on satisfaction,and the value of the path system is larger.(3)the perceived usefulness and satisfaction of WeChat library have a significant positive impact on the user's willingness to continue use,which has a greater impact on perceived usefulness,which shows that the user pays more attention to the usefulness of WeChat library.(4)self efficacy has a significant positive effect on continuance intention,which indicates that the difference of individual characteristics will affect the continuance intention.(5)factors not supported a positive effect on the assumption of a continuous use of behavior,the path does not significantly explain the continued use of behavior related system using the contributing factors to WeChat library may affect very little,and there are significant differences in the characteristics of other information systems.(6)WeChat library users continuanceintention and users have significant positive effects between continuous behavior,path coefficient is higher,which indicates that there is a strong correlation between WeChat library users continuanceintention and continuous behavior.The dissertation not only offers WeChat library users to continue to use the behavior model,and reveal the influencing factors of the WeChat library users continue to use behavior,combined with WeChat library related practice,puts forward countermeasures to improve the development of WeChat library services,and finally the future research.
