| In the new era,to improve the labor literacy of college students is the ultimate goal of labor education in colleges and universities,and it is also the inevitable requirement of the national proposal to build the education system of "five educations".Labor literacy evaluation can diagnose the overall situation and differences of labor literacy development of college students,discover the problems of labor literacy of college students,and play the functions of education guidance,feedback and improvement of labor education in colleges and universities,and the research of labor literacy model can further expand the related theories and application research.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the labor literacy model of college students in the new era.This study takes undergraduate college students as the research object and takes the labor literacy evaluation index system and model design as the research focus.Firstly,based on the labor education policies issued by Communist Party and State of China in the new era and the existing literature research,the primary dimensions of the labor literacy evaluation index system of college students are summarized by using the content analysis method and the word frequency statistics method;secondly,based on the theoretical foundation of Marx’s labor theory and literacy model theory,combined with the requirements of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era and the characteristics of college students’ labor literacy cultivation,the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy is initially formulated.Finally,the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy in the new era was formally constructed through three rounds of Delphi expert interviews.The labor literacy model of college students includes 5 primary dimensions and16 secondary indicators under it.In order to verify the validity of the literacy model,a questionnaire on the current situation of labor literacy of college students in the new era was researched and prepared on the basis of the interpretation of the connotation of indicators,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were checked by item analysis and factor analysis,and then the questionnaire was revised and formally distributed and collected.The formally established questionnaire assessed the labor literacy level of 704 undergraduate college students in J province,verified the validity of the literacy evaluation tool through the reliability test,and came up with the model expression of college students’ labor literacy;then the descriptive analysis was conducted on the overall situation of the returned samples of the formal survey,and the significance level of the differences in labor literacy at different levels of demographic characteristics and the correlation between different variables were discussed.Finally,we inferred that the labor literacy model of college students can be described by five dimensions: labor knowledge,labor dynamics,labor values,labor skills,and labor behavior habits,the assessment questionnaire to test the labor literacy model of college students has good reliability and validity,and the labor literacy of college students is close to good level,but has internal variability.Based on the above analysis,it is suggested that colleges and universities should establish the labor education concept of "unity of mind and body",give full play to the labor-oriented function of professional practice courses and expand the practice methods of labor courses in order to improve the labor literacy of college students. |
