Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Students' Labor Literacy Under The Perspective Of“Three-Integrity”

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we should follow the part's educational tasks and strive to achieve the goal and strive to achieve the goal of establishing morality and cultivating talents.In colleges and universities carry on the labor education is to play the role of labor education in the new era and cultivation all-round development of talents.In March 2020,The State Council issued opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education for College,Primary and Secondary Students in the New Era,which made overall arrangements and plans for the development of labor education in colleges and universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the National Ideological and Political Conference that the whole process and all-round education should be continuously realized in the process of talent training,and clarified the issues of "who to educate","why to educate" and "how to educate",which is one of the measures to highlight the quality of talent training and students' vitality under the background of the new era.In order to solve the problems in the process of labor education to provide a clear idea and policy.Therefore,how to effectively display the creative value of labor education under the perspective of "three-in-one education" has become the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of student development,quality iceberg model and the theory of man's all-round development as the theoretical basis,according to characteristics of the content and core literacy development in three level investigation about the present situation of college students' labor quality,labor concept three dimensions,respectively,the ability to work and work habits and quality,and consists of the secondary dimension to determine the content of each dimension.After clear the analysis frame of labor literacy cultivation to university students,to take the form of online questionnaires and interviews.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 403 college students of Shanxi Province,interview the organization and management personnel in the different schools,different professional grade students,classroom teachers and to the recovery of data and information to carry on the statistics,system analysis present situation of labor literacy cultivation to university students.After analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the process of cultivating students' labor literacy in colleges and universities,such as weak awareness of improving students' labor literacy,the purpose of labor education is utilitarian,inadequate implementation of labor education links,insufficient investment of labor education resources,imperfect evaluation mechanism of labor education conditions,and weak atmosphere of campus labor culture.In view of the existing problems,this study summarizes the cultivation path of college students' labor literacy from the perspective of "three-in-one education" : One is to integrating the "five-in-one" labor education subject to form a pattern of overall education;The second is to constitute a whole-process education guarantee mechanism of curriculum construction,condition guarantee and evaluation and supervision "triple guarantee";The third is to form an all-round education space of "four classrooms integrated",and finally realize the new mode of "five-in-one,three guarantees,four class" cultivation of labor literacy.
