| “The Biology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)” has been promulgated and implemented;General Secretary Xi pointed out in the National Education Conference on September 10,2018 that "the five education simultaneously".It reflects that labor education is an urgent need for comprehensive talents in the current era.According to the content of labor education and its corresponding theoretical exploration by Professors Huang and Qu,labor education is juxtaposed with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic in terms of talent cultivation and comprehensive literacy,but at the same time,labor education is not in the same dimension as the other four educations in terms of academic logic,and it is difficult to implement.How to integrate labor education with curriculum education is the most important direction of inquiry today.This paper takes the research on the penetration of labor education in junior high school biology education as the direction,and explores the connotation of labor education through literature query.Through interviews with front-line junior high school biology teachers,the problems of junior high school biology teaching infiltrating labor education were found from the teacher level.Combined with junior high school biology textbooks,the teaching case of junior high school biology teaching infiltrating labor education was designed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)It summarizes the development history of the concept of labor education,the basis for judging labor education,and the four principles of labor education curriculum design.Studies have shown that the judgment of labor education is based on labor literacy,which includes five aspects: labor concept,labor spirit,labor knowledge and skills,labor ability,labor habits and quality.The four principles of labor education curriculum design include: scientific,open,contemporary and educational.For the definition of related concepts,understand the differences between labor and labor education.(2)Problems in the penetration of junior high school biology teaching into labor education: 1.Insufficient popularization of labor education;2.For the development of labor education,many teachers’ practices are only superficial and formal;3.In many cases,parents’ lack of understanding and the resistance of some students hinder the implementation of labor education;4.Labor education in most cases needs to give way to junior high school biology course education;5.Teachers lack confidence in the integration of labor education and junior high school biology courses.(3)In view of the above problems,the author’s suggestions for improvement include but are not limited to: 1.Publicize the advantages of the integration of labor education and curriculum education to students’ parents;2.Establish strict assessment rules and regulations for labor education;3.Establish a systematic labor education system,introduce talents in labor education,and focus on training teachers in labor.(4)Finally,based on the confusion of front-line teachers,the author systematically sorted out the content of middle school biology textbooks and tried to design different types of teaching plans that can be used in the frontline of basic education biology teaching.And a reflection on instructional design. |
