The opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era issued by the CPC Central Committee in March 2020 clearly stated we should strengthen labor education in primary and secondary schools,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching.In today’s society,people pay more and more attention to labor education,which is also an important way to promote students’ all-round development.Therefore,better implementation of labor education,the better implementation of labor education,the development of students’ labor literacy has an important practical role and significance.Based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of senior primary school students,the labor literacy of senior primary school students is analyzed from the following four dimensions,namely,labor concept,labor knowledge,labor ability and labor quality.Among them,labor concept is the soul,labor knowledge is the foundation,labor ability is the key,and labor quality is the root.After determining the analysis framework of labor literacy of senior primary school students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on1126 students from 10 urban primary schools in cities of different levels in Henan Province through two research methods of questionnaire and interview,and in-depth interviews were conducted on 10 parents,6 teachers and 10 students.Through the recovery and arrangement of the investigation information,this paper systematically analyzes the status quo of the labor literacy of the urban primary school students.Through systematic analysis,it is found that there is dislocation of "knowledge" and "action" in primary school students’ labor literacy;Boys’ labor literacy level is low;Grade 6students’ labor literacy is lower than grade 5.The problem of lack of labor knowledge and ability cultivation in urban primary schools with low economic development level.The main reasons for these problems are: Parents labor concept of narrow,family labor education lack of professional guidance,contents and forms of the "single" and "students demand" disconnect,lack of normative way of labor education,the lack of labor education curriculum resources,teachers don’t pay attention to preparation before class,professional needs to be strengthened,the elementary school higher grades students’ self-care ability is poor,the particularity of the elementary school higher grades students physical and mental development.To this end,the following promotion strategies are proposed: 1.Specifically from the parents to reconstruct the concept of labor;Parents should enrich educational concepts and master scientific labor education methods;The school enriches the labor education curriculum resources in three aspects.2.Cultivate roots and sprout: enrich students’ labor knowledge.Such as understanding students’ needs and making different teaching plans;Give play to the role of teachers;Teachers should actively use resources to strengthen their own training.Spring breeze: improve students’ ability to work.Specific design of family labor education task list;Cultivate children’s self-consciously active learning spirit;According to the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,reasonable arrangement of labor content in three aspects.4.Honed growth: cultivate students’ labor quality.Specifically from the school to establish the evaluation mechanism of labor process;Parents teach by example;Arouse students’ self-education consciousness and develop labor quality in life practice.
