The development of labor education is the new requirement of the Party and the state for education,and the main purpose of labor education is to cultivate students’ labor accomplishment.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),which clearly mentioned that "labor literacy should be incorporated into the comprehensive quality evaluation system of students".A scientific and effective evaluation index system is a booster for improving college students’ labor literacy.However,from the previous research on college students’ labor literacy,the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy is not perfect,and the analysis of the evaluation index of college students’ labor literacy is also more general.Based on this,this study focuses on "how to build the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy" to provide reference for improving the level of college students’ labor literacy.On the basis of literature analysis,combined with relevant national policy documents,based on systematic evaluation theory and quality iceberg theory,this study preliminarily screened the index pool of college students’ labor literacy evaluation index,and compiled the Expert Consultation Questionnaire on the Construction of College Students’ Labor Literacy Evaluation index system.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the opinions of experts were summarized and summarized,and the evaluation index system was revised.Finally,6 first-level indicators and 17second-level indicators were determined,and a formal evaluation index system was constructed.The analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied to give weight to the evaluation index system,and at the same time,the Evaluation Standard of college students’ labor literacy is determined.In order to implement the evaluation system of college students’ labor literacy smoothly,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy.Based on the above research content,this study draws the following conclusions:First of all,the evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy is composed of 6 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators are labor concept,labor knowledge,labor ability and skills,labor spirit,labor attitude,labor habit and quality.The secondary indexes are labor cognition,labor concept identification,life labor knowledge,production labor knowledge,service labor knowledge,life labor ability and skill,production labor ability and skill,service labor ability and skill,labor will,model worker spirit,craftsman spirit,labor consciousness,labor behavior tendency,labor emotion emotional experience,labor autonomy,labor behavior,and labor product mass.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign corresponding weights to the index system of college students’ labor literacy.The weights of first-level indicators are as follows: Labor habit and quality(20.90%),labor attitude(18.60%),labor ability and skill(18.10%),labor spirit(15.90%),labor concept(15.30%),labor knowledge(11.20%).The weight of the secondary index is sorted under the first index.Among them,the weights of labor habits and quality are as follows: labor quality(39.05%),labor behavior(31.21%),labor autonomy(29.74%);The index weight of labor attitude was as follows: labor consciousness(40.58%),labor behavior tendency(35.94%),labor emotion emotional experience(23.48%);The index weights under labor ability and skill are as follows: living labor ability and skill(43.09%),productive labor ability and skill(29.05%),service labor ability and skill(27.86%);The index weight of labor spirit was as follows: model worker spirit(34.75%),craftsman spirit(34.22%),labor will(31.03%);The index weight of labor concept was as follows: labor concept identification(59.62%),labor cognition(40.38%);The index weight of labor knowledge was as follows: production labor knowledge(34.65%),life labor knowledge(34.61%),service labor knowledge(30.74%).According to the index system and weight,the evaluation standard of college students’ labor literacy is determined.Finally,in order to smoothly implement the evaluation system of college students’ labor literacy,three implementation suggestions are put forward: "Build a guarantee mechanism before implementation,make clear the evaluation process during implementation and use the feedback results after implementation",which provides guidance and guarantee for the implementation and application of the evaluation index system. |
