Nowadays,the new style and new appearance of labor education era have been shown,and labor literacy is the necessary ability for students in the new era,and it is the new requirement of the Party for education to carry out labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,and its purpose is to cultivate new era talents with excellent comprehensive quality.In order to deeply explore the current situation of labor literacy among college students and improve the quality of labor education,this study constructs a labor literacy assessment model for college students and conducts a questionnaire survey based on the model,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to lead and promote the implementation of labor education and accelerate students’ development of their own labor literacy.Firstly,this study grasps the four concepts of "labor","literacy","labor literacy" and “Evaluation model”.In addition to referring to domestic and foreign literature related to labor education,23 high-quality literature and its policy division of relevant dimensions were selected,and the recent situation of labor education classrooms for college students was combined with the details of fieldwork to arrive at an operational definition of labor literacy for college students.Meanwhile,the preliminary decomposition of measurement indicators in the measurement model is formed,which is divided into primary and secondary indicators to form the main observation points.Secondly,the validity and reasonableness of the indicators need objective basis,using the way and method of expert consultation to prepare the expert opinion consultation form,using the expert consultation method to issue two rounds of consultation questionnaires to labor education scholars and experts,using the results of the recovered data to add,delete and check the indicators,and constructing a reasonableness indicator system of 4 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators.Thirdly,the subjective weighting method of experts can determine the weight coefficient of each index required by the model.The root method of analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the judgment matrix of each index,and on this basis,the evaluation model of labor literacy is given weight.Fourthly,the goodness of the assessment model is tested by practice,and the known model is used to develop the self-compiled "Labor Literacy Assessment Scale for College Students" to conduct field research.It should play the leading role of top-level design;focus on the organic unity of coherence and integration;actively integrate into the school education curriculum system;and change the evaluation concept and evaluation mechanism under the perspective of labor education.However,due to the limited time and capacity of the study,the research study was not conducted nationwide,and the study can continue to be further improved and deepened in the future.
