| Labor is the fundamental force for mankind to create material and spiritual wealth,an important way for people to create a better life and realize the value of life,and it is the foundation for the development of human society.Primary school labor education is an important part of basic education,and it is also an indispensable part of our education system.It plays an important role in promoting the overall development of students.In recent years,in the context of exam-oriented education,labor education has many weak links and problems.Labor education has been weakened in schools,softened in families,and watered down in society.Primary school students have reduced labor opportunities and lack of labor awareness.Some students despise labor,do not know how to work,and do not cherish the fruits of labor.Primary school labor education has become the focus of the current education reform and development.In order to improve the labor literacy of students,it is necessary for us to conduct research on the labor education of primary school students.This research combines the background of the times and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to study the labor literacy of high school students in urban and rural primary schools.On the basis of literature research,the current situation of urban and rural primary school students ’ labor literacy is studied through questionnaire surveys,and the labor literacy of urban and rural primary school students’ high-level students’ labor literacy is compared in demographic and labor literacy dimensions.Summarizes the differences in the labor literacy status of the students in the high-end of urban and rural primary schools,and then combines the interview method to analyze the reasons for the differences in the labor literacy of the high-level students in urban and rural primary schools.The main reasons are summarized in the following four aspects: Social environment: the phenomenon of “emphasizing intelligence and despising labor” is common in rural areas,and there is a certain utilitarian atmosphere in cities;school education: influenced by exam-oriented education,rural school education concepts are deviated,urban labor education curriculum resources are scarce,and urban labor education teachers are strong Weak,labor education curriculum evaluation mechanism is not perfect;family education: rural families have a single view of becoming talented,urban families’ labor education methods need to be improved,urban spoiling is more common,and the family environment is adversely affected;students themselves: urban students do not pay attention to themselves,elementary schools The particularity of the physical and mental development of high-level students.Finally,from the government level,society level,school level,family level,and student level,suggestions are put forward to improve the labor literacy of high school students in urban and rural primary schools.At the government level: pay attention to direction guidance,ensure the implementation of labor education policies,build a new model of labor education in urban and rural areas according to local conditions,strengthen the development of labor education practice bases in urban primary schools;social aspect: use the power of public opinion to vigorously promote the spirit of the era of labor model in urban areas,social strengthening and rural areas The cooperation between schools and families forms a joint force in education and a joint force in education;at the school level: rural schools develop characteristic labor education courses,multi-disciplinary penetration,urban schools organize a variety of practical activities,enhance students’ labor experience,and set up full-time and part-time labor education teachers,Strengthen the construction of urban school teachers,pay attention to the integration of labor education and other four educations,and adhere to the "five educations simultaneously";at the family level: rural families establish a correct education concept,change the concept of talent,enrich the education concept of urban families,and master scientific labor education methods According to the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,rural families reasonably arrange labor content and create a good family labor atmosphere,and urban families play a role of good wording and deeds;student level:strengthen the self-education of urban students,form labor consciousness,and strengthen the unity of knowledge and action among rural students.Pay attention to labor practice. |
