Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,strengthening labor education has become an important topic of the times.At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly raised the status of labor education to the height of "five educations simultaneously" for the first time.Since then,labor education has received widespread attention from the society.In recent years,with the successive introduction of labor education-related policies,colleges and universities are also continuously promoting the implementation of labor education policies,and have achieved positive results in labor education.However,it is not difficult to find that the evaluation of college students’ labor literacy is a weak link in the current labor education work in colleges and universities.In October 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era",which clearly put forward the requirements of "strengthening labor education evaluation".As the core component of labor education evaluation in colleges and universities,the evaluation of labor literacy of college students is the key link for whether labor education in colleges and universities can achieve greater effectiveness.From this point of view,the implementation of labor literacy evaluation of college students in the new era is a powerful way to implement the requirements of "strengthening labor education evaluation",and it is also a natural measure to make up for the "shortcomings" of labor education.important meaning.Based on the perspective of student evaluation in education evaluation,this study conducts a specific study on the evaluation of labor literacy of college students in the new era.The full text is composed of five parts: The first part expounds the research purpose and significance of the evaluation of labor literacy of college students in the new era,comprehensively sorts out the relevant research results on labor education,education evaluation and labor education evaluation at home and abroad,and determines the research content and research methods on this basis.Point out the innovations and deficiencies of this research.The second part,with the new era as the background of the times,with college students as the focus group,with the labor literacy evaluation as the research core,defines the relevant concepts of the labor literacy evaluation of college students in the new era,and at the same time,the Marxist theory of all-round development,labor education theory The relevant theories and developmental evaluation theories are explained accordingly,which provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.The third part grasps the basic status quo of college students’ labor literacy evaluation by means of a questionnaire survey,understands the problems existing in the evaluation content,subject,method and result application of the current college students’ labor literacy evaluation,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fourth part,guided by the relevant policies of labor education,clarifies the goal orientation and construction principles of the evaluation index system for the evaluation of college students’ labor literacy in the new era,and initially conceives the evaluation index system of labor literacy for college students in the new era,so as to clarify the new era college students’ labor literacy evaluation index system.The evaluation content of labor literacy evaluation,that is,to answer the question of "what to evaluate" in the labor literacy evaluation of college students in the new era.The fifth part,according to the logic of "who will evaluate","how to evaluate" and "how to use" in the evaluation of labor literacy of college students in the new era,it is proposed to coordinate the participation of multiple subjects such as family,school,society and college students themselves in the evaluation subject.At the level of evaluation methods,it puts forward the practice of adhering to the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,process and result evaluation,comprehensive and key evaluation,and development and value-added evaluation.The establishment level proposes a specific implementation path to improve the operation mechanism,create an electronic portfolio and scientifically use the evaluation results.Exploring the establishment of a scientific evaluation index system of college students’ labor literacy,and proposing the implementation path of college students’ labor literacy evaluation are the key issues that this research is committed to solving.This is not only an important issue for strengthening labor education in the new era,but also an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era. |
