Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Optimization Strategies Of Primary School Students’ Family Labor Education

In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the "Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)",marking that labor curriculum has officially become an independent subject in primary and secondary schools,and the value of labor education has been further highlighted at the national level.Primary school students are in the critical stage of setting up a correct concept of labor,mastering labor skills,developing labor qualities and habits,and enriching labor emotions.Family is an important place for children’s lives,and many their labor experiences take place in family life.However,there are still many problems in China’s current family labor education,such as the labor education being disregarded,the type of labor education content being simple,and the simple and rough method of labour education,and so on.Exploring the current situation,problems and strategies of family labor education is of positive significance in improving the quality of family labor education,promoting the development of school labor education and ensuring the smooth implementation of labor education.This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze the existing problems of parents in M primary school in six aspects: understanding of labor education,goals of labor education,content of labor education,approaches of labor education,and evaluation of labor education.Based on the labor education thoughts of Marx and Tao Xingzhi,family structure theory and Satir’s family communication mode,this paper analyzes the deeper causes of the problems existing in family labor education,and the experience and practice of A and B families in labor education,in order to provide some enlightenment for solving the problems of family labor education.The study proposes some strategies to address the many problems that arise in the current family labor education of primary school students: in terms of educational concept,it proposes to establish correct labor values,an equal view of communication and reasonable educational expectations.In the way of education,it is suggested to follow the teaching rules and strengthen daily communication.In the education content,it is proposed to be close to life and to adapt it.In terms of education ecology,we should give full play to all sides.
