| Labor education is not only an important part of China’s education system,but also the only way for students’ all-round development.Since the 2018 National Education Conference,the country has issued a series of relevant policies to promote labor education,and the attention paid to labor education in education theory and practice has also risen to a new high.As the starting point for students to receive institutionalized education,primary school has important enlightenment significance for the cultivation of students’ labor literacy.At present,although the practice of primary school labor education has achieved certain results,some negative problems,such as primary school labor education is simply understood as learning labor skills,and labor is misused as a means of punishing students,have led to the tendency of physical and mental separation in primary school labor education.Therefore,this study investigates the implementation status of primary school labor education from the micro level,pays attention to the physical and mental participation of primary school students in labor education,and explores effective strategies for primary school labor schools in Chengdu with different administrative divisions.It mainly collected practical information about the implementation objectives,implementation contents,implementation approaches and implementation conditions of primary school labor education,which was presented from the questionnaire data of students and the interview data of teachers,And supplemented by some observation and investigation pictures.At the level of practical investigation,the study took the implementation status of primary school labor education as the research object,and used the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to conduct a practical investigation of three primary schools in Chengdu with different administrative divisions.It mainly collected practical information about data in the previous article,the research found that the problems of primary school labor education are:the implementation objectives do not pay enough attention to labor values;The implementation content is not comprehensive and relatively simple;The implementation approach does not support the students’ labor experience;The implementation conditions are lack of guarantee for students’ labor practice.Then,from the four factors of concept,management,system and resources involved in primary school labor education,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,including: the impact on the concept of campus labor atmosphere and concept;Management in school faces the pressure of existing work and education;On the system,the school evaluation system is not enough to guide labor education;In terms of resources,the school has not effectively developed the labor resources of the family and society.Finally,in view of the causes of the problem,the study puts forward the optimization strategies of primary school labor education from four aspects:cultivating the campus labor atmosphere,combining with school management to penetrate labor education,improving the labor evaluation system,and deepening the cooperation between family,school. |
