Research On The Current Situation Of The Implementation Of Primary School Labor Education In The New Era And Research On Optimization Suggestions

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,labor education,as an important part of the comprehensive education system of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor,has more outstanding educational value.As the initial stage of education,primary school is confronted with new problems which are different from other school segments in the process of implementing labor education.This paper aims to carry out field research on the current status of primary school labor education implementation,analyze the specific problems existing in the implementation of primary school labor education,in-depth analysis of its causes,and put forward optimization suggestions,in order to promote the further optimization of primary school labor education development.In this paper,four primary schools in Jiangxi Province as the investigation object,using the questionnaire survey,interview method to investigate the implementation of primary school labor education.The survey results show that the problems in the implementation of primary school labor education are mainly reflected in four aspects:first,the recognition of the value of labor education needs to be improved;Second,the construction of labor education curriculum is not perfect;Third,the labor education security system is not perfect;Fourth,the "family,school and community" cooperative education model has not been formed around labor education.The root causes are mainly related to the traditional concept of looking down on labor,the bad social environment,the spread of multiple values and information,and the neglect of labor education.Finally,aiming at the above four kinds of problems and four kinds of root causes,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions on the implementation of primary school labor education from four dimensions,namely,cognition of labor education,curriculum construction of labor education,labor security system,and "family,school and community" cooperative education: First,all walks of life should improve the understanding of labor education,second,strengthen the construction of labor education curriculum,third,improve the labor education security system,fourth,improve the "family,school and community" labor education collaborative mode.
