The "double reduction" policy was introduced to reduce the burden on students and families.However,the "three-thirty difficulty" also appeared,that is,the problem of primary and middle schools and kindergartens being picked up and picked up in time due to the early end of school,which resulted in the application of after-school delay service projects.This paper investigates the "5+2" after-school delay service of primary schools in H City,G Province,and draws the following conclusions:First,the main problems of "5+2" after-school delay service in H City,G Province are as follows: too little after-school delay service content;Interest subjects include students,parents and teachers have low evaluation on after-school delay service quality;After-school delay service between too long;After-school delay service home school does not cooperate and other problems.Secondly,in view of the existing problems of "5+2" after-school delay service in primary schools in H City,G Province,the causes of the problems are analyzed,including: deviation in the implementation of after-school delay service policy;Parents’ recognition of after-school delay service is not high and teachers’ enthusiasm for after-school delay service is low.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems of the "5+2" after-school delay service in H City of G Province,the author tries to put forward the optimization measures of after-school delay service: the after-school delay service level should be improved,including providing diversified service content,establishing the incentive system of after-school delay service teachers and scientific evaluation system;After-school delay service teachers should be professional,including teachers in the school to improve their professional quality,introduce professional teachers outside;After-school delay service home-school cooperation education;The government issued after-school delay service policy support should be long-term.In short,only the after-school delay service led by schools,implemented by teachers,recognized by parents and supported by the government can be sustainably developed and achieve the effect of "three-in-one education".
