After-school service is an educational guarantee activity supported by national policies and led by the government in order to reduce the academic burden of primary and middle school students and help parents solve the difficulty of picking up students on time.In recent years,after-school service work has been carried out in major cities all over the country and has achieved significant results,It is a livelihood project to meet the practical needs of students and their parents and improve the overall education level of schools,As a part of after-school service,after-school sports service plays an extremely important role in improving students’ physical and mental health and cultivating students’ good behavior habits.The quality of post-school sports services is directly related to the level of school sports work,and current after-school sports providers still face challenges such as imperfect supervision and management,single form and content,and insufficient funding.In this context,In order to give full play to the improvement function of evaluation and promote the high-quality development of school physical education,this study takes the evaluation index system of after-school physical education delay service of primary school as the research object,and constructs the evaluation index system of after-school physical education delay service of primary school based on CIPP model by using methods such as literature,interview and Delphi method.the research results are as follows:(1)The evaluation system for indicators for after-school sports delay services in primary schools,based on the CIPP model,includes 4 first-level indicators for background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and product evaluation,including 14second-level indicators such as rules and regulations,support environment and demand environment,and 41 third-level indicators such as parental support and student needs.(2)The four evaluation subjects of the post-primary school sports activity index assessment system based on the CIPP model are schools,physical education teachers,parents and students.The weight ratio was sorted by students(0.323),physical education teachers(0.305),parents(0.252)and schools(0.120).(3)The weights of indicators at all levels are as follows,the weighting part of the first-level index sorted from largest to smallest,which is once the evaluation of results(0.4944),process evaluation(0.2660),input evaluation(0.1721),background evaluation(0.0675);the greatest weight of the second-level index is the development of students(0.1828);Teachers’ job satisfaction(0.0664)accounted for the highest proportion of the three indexes and teacher readiness to continue participating(0.0664).(4)In the course of studying policy documents and literature,the meaning of each indicator was clarified and the evaluation criteria for each three-step index were formulated,which included the main points of the index evaluation,the level of evaluation and the assigned value;It provides methods for collecting information on index evaluation,including questionnaire method,observation method,interview method,etc;Clarify the use of weighted summation calculation methods to integrate the evaluation results of the evaluation index system...
