After-school delay service,as a livelihood project to improve public happiness,is not only the product of social development,but also the key to improve the quality and efficiency of the "double reduction" policy,and also a measure to meet the diversified development of students.Since the after-school delay service in Inner Mongolia has been carried out for a short time,it is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and many schools have many problems.As the main implementers of after-school delay service,the teaching quality of primary school teachers will directly affect the quality of after-school delay service.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the problems of primary school teachers in carrying out after-school delay service.By using literature,questionnaire and interview methods,64 teachers who participated in after-school delay service in X Primary School of Ulanqab were selected as research objects to study the after-school delay service work of primary school teachers.The following problems were found: teachers of main and secondary subjects had deviations in cultivating students’ interest in after-school delay service;Teachers’ after-class delay service teaching method is simplified,teaching evaluation is arbitrary;The teacher in charge of after-class delay service has a heavy burden;After-school delay service interest courses lack of teachers.Through the analysis,it is found that the main reason of these problems is that the education administration department’s policy publicity is not in place;The incentive mechanism of teachers participating in after-school delay service is not perfect;Teachers’ subjective willingness to after-school delay service is not strong;Teacher role overload and lack of comprehensive ability.Based on this,several countermeasures are proposed for primary school teachers to effectively carry out after-school delay service work:(1)strengthen propaganda guidance and training,establish after-school delay service concept,including the government should promote after-school delay service in multiple ways,education administrative departments should strengthen teacher training with schools;(2)Carry out curriculum-oriented construction of after-school delay service to improve the overall service quality,including establishing the education goal of after-school delay service course,optimizing the "1+X" after-school delay service course model,developing multiple after-school delay service course resources,and improving the after-school delay service quality evaluation system;(3)Expand after-school delay service channels,improve the guarantee mechanism for teachers,including schools to build participation platforms to integrate human resources,the government and schools to protect the rights and interests of teachers and implement the "flexible commuting" system;(4)Change teachers’ concepts,improve teachers’ after-school delay service competence,including after-school delay service teacher groups should strengthen responsibility identity,teachers should strengthen learning and reflection.
