Research On After-School Sports Delay Service In Southeast Guizhou Province Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

New time,how to reduce the compulsory education stage of primary and secondary school students’ academic burden is a hot topic that has aroused wide and lasting attention from all walks of life.In short,the problem is summarized as "three-thirty problem",which includes education fairness,parents picking up difficult problems,adolescent health problems,student safety issues and other aspects.Based on this,the "three-thirty" problem is not only an education issue,but also a livelihood issue related to the future of the nation.The state has issued the "double reduction" policy,requiring to comprehensively improve the after-school service level,especially to carry out after-school sports extended service activities favored by good students,which can not only reduce students’ academic burden,but also improve students’ physical quality and promote their personality growth.In southeastern Guizhou province,according to Guizhou Province’s After-school Service Plan for Schools with Compulsory Education,full coverage of after-school delay service work has been carried out,highlighting several outstanding typical cases.However,due to the short release time of "double reduction" and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,there are still many problems in the implementation process of schools.Therefore,To investigate the development status of after-school sports delay service in southeast Guizhou Province under the "double reduction" policy,it is particularly important to find the existing problems and put forward countermeasures.By using several methods,such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and combining with relevant policy documents,this study takes the development status of after-school sports delayed service activities of primary schools in Qiandongnan as the research object.Through questionnaire and interview survey of students,parents,service personnel and school leaders of 10 primary schools in Qiandongnan,combined with field investigation,Master the real situation of after-school sports delay service in southeast Guizhou.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The primary school participants in southeast Guizhou region generally support the after-school sports delay service.The research shows that there are sufficient reserves of invisible teachers in this region,but there is insufficient "school-community contact",insufficient "multi-linkage" of services,insufficient introduction of advantageous resource projects in the region.Affected by the epidemic and other factors,advantageous projects are "introduced instead of used",and the emphasis on advantageous resources outside the school is not high.Sports events develop slowly and parents’ anxiety is not effectively resolved.(2)The service guarantee mechanism is not perfect,the student safety guarantee mechanism is dominated by the traditional school insurance,the legal guarantee mechanism is not clear,the parents’ supervision mechanism is not clear,and the teacher fund guarantee mechanism is not perfect.Under the government-led service management mode,the school carries out the "1+X" service mode according to the "5+2" principle and strives to create the feature of "one school,one product".The service path is mainly based on sports associations.However,due to the large ratio of teachers and students and other reasons,the quality and effect of after-school sports delayed service cannot be guaranteed.(3)The "double reduction" policy brings an opportunity to deepen the "integration of physical education" in schools,and is a policy opportunity for the high-quality development of school physical education.However,due to the lack of responsibility of units at all levels,the implementation is inconsistent.(4)The southeast Guizhou region is rich in sports advantages,with numerous local characteristic projects and a strong local sports atmosphere,highlighting typical projects such as "Miao Wushu into campus","Happy gymnastics","Football President’s Cup" and "Badminton Yashilong Cup",forming a diversified and integrated service system.The "bridgehead" model and "village BA" model are worthy of extensive promotion and reference.Suggestions:(1)Explore multiple service paths,improve service quality,increase parental participation,establish parental supervision mechanism,improve the role weight of parental service quality inspectors,and effectively solve the problem of parental anxiety;(2)Optimize the introduction and management system of teaching staff,solve the problem of shortage of teaching staff,build a diversified integrated service guarantee mode,improve the utilization rate of local characteristic resources,and establish "characteristic classroom of intangible cultural heritage";(3)Formulate a responsibility system for units at all levels,improve the enforcement,expand the source of funds,and advocate "home,school,social administration" to build a diversified and complementary ecological service chain inside and outside the school;(4)Build a service supervision system,do a good job in service quality assessment,open feedback channels,and ensure open,transparent and flat management of service process.
