ability and ability to deal with and interpersonal relationship,and then promote students’ all-round development.Since its launch in 2019,urban primary schools in Kaifeng city have made some achievements in after-school delayed service sports activities,which are favored by students and recognized by parents.However,in the specific implementation process,there are also limitations of teachers,funds,activity venues and other related factors,which need to be solved urgently.This research USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey,field observation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,combining with the relevant policy documents,in kaifeng city primary school class delay service as the research object,aim at the situation of sports activities in kaifeng city elementary school 15 part about school leaders,teachers,students,parents as investigation object,Interviews,questionnaires and field surveys were conducted to master the development of after-school delayed service sports activities in urban primary schools in Kaifeng.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The after-school delay service sports activities in urban primary schools in Kaifeng city are well developed,but the quality of development needs to be improved.It is mainly carried out in the form of sports clubs and has a wide variety of programs,which can basically meet the diversified development needs of students.The cost of the activities is mainly subsidized by the government and supported by parents.The after-school sports activities are carried out by the school on the school day,and each time can reach an hour.The frequency of students’ participation can reach 2-3 times a week on average,which is in line with the physical and mental health development of primary school students.2.Students are more active in after-class delayed service sports activities.The main purpose of their participation is hobbies and physical fitness.However,the implementation of the activity content is unreasonable.3.Most parents support after-school delay service sports activities in urban primary schools in Kaifeng.However,some parents have a slightly biased understanding of after-school delayed service,believing that after-school delayed service sports activities will affect children’s performance and fail to alleviate the problem of pickup.4.There is a lack of sports venues for after-school delayed service sports activities,most of which are carried out in the track and field,which is easy to cause security risks.At the same time,there is a lack of indoor training venues.5.Teacher resources are unevenly distributed,and some schools have few kinds of associations;Failed to meet the needs of some students.In order to and references are provided from the following aspects:1.Multi-channel publicity.Primary schools in Urban areas of Kaifeng city should rationally use information technology,cultural corridor and other
