As the foundation of our country and the foundation of a powerful country, education has always been widely concerned by all sectors of society. In recent years, due to the impact of the enrollment rate, the burden of students’ homework and extracurricular training has increased, and the physical fitness of students has declined, making burden reduction a topic of widespread concern in society. As a part of China’s traditional education,Wushu has always been highly valued by the country. However, over the years, the situation of Wushu entering schools, especially primary and secondary schools,is not optimistic, and the time, conditions and opportunities for students to participate in Wushu are insufficient. The "double reduction" policy proposes to take after-school delay service as a part of school education, and has made strict requirements on the content of after-school delay service, thus providing an opportunity for the development of Wushu in schools and promoting the development of Wushu in after-school delay service.Based on the "double reduction" policy as the background, this study takes the supply mode of delayed service after school Wushu as the research object.By using the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey,PEST analysis case study, comparative analysis and logical analysis, this study investigates the supply mode of delayed service after school Wushu in some primary schools in Beijing, and finds out the implementation status and existing problems of different supply modes of delayed service after school Wushu. On the basis of full investigation, scientific and reasonable improvement measures and mode optimization strategies are put forward, which will provide theoretical and practical reference for the implementation of the national "double reduction" policy and the promotion of the delayed service quality of school Wushu after class,so as to promote the in-depth development of "Wushu into campus".The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The inheritance of Wushu has rich cultural and historical value, and is an important manifestation of China’s traditional ethnic culture. The development of delayed services after Wushu classes is an effective way to further achieve the inheritance and development of Wushu, enrich China’s cultural resources, promote the high-quality development of school education, and promote the comprehensive and healthy growth of students.Since the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy, the extension of after-school Wushu services in schools has been further developed in terms of time, content, and channels. However, there are still problems such as insufficient emphasis on Wushu in schools, insufficient funding for Wushu, weak teaching staff, high mobility of foreign teachers, and uneven teaching levels.(2)The existing supply models for delayed after-school Wushu services in primary schools in Beijing include three supply models: school "independent supply","introduction of foreign aid",and a combination of school "independent supply and introduction of foreign aid".Each supply model has its own characteristics and is significantly different from other supply models. These models all have a common point, which is to meet the needs of different schools for the development of delayed after-school Wushu services,Promote the better development of Wushu in schools.(3)A study on three supply modes found that the choice of different supply modes is closely related to the school, students, and parents. The school’s own situation, the purpose of the school’s development of Wushu, the requirements that the school aims to achieve when developing Wushu, and the students’ attitudes towards Wushu. The selection of Wushu training time, training frequency, competition situation, and parents’ understanding and support of Wushu are also important Satisfaction with the development of Wushu in schools is an important condition for schools to carry out different supply models. Each school can choose a supply model suitable for the development of Wushu in their own school based on the characteristics and applicable conditions of different supply models, and can also develop innovative supply models suitable for the development of Wushu in their own school.(4)A study on the influencing factors of the supply mode of delayed after-school Wushu services in schools in Beijing found that the formulation and implementation of relevant policies are the direction to guide the development of the supply mode of delayed after-school Wushu services in schools;Funding support is the economic foundation for the development of Wushu in the school’s after-school delayed service supply model, providing strong support for the development of school Wushu; The support from all sectors of society is an important guarantee for the implementation of the school’s Wushu after-school delayed service supply model; The strength and level of teaching staff are the key to the development of the school Wushu after-school delayed service supply model.Through the analysis of the supply mode of delayed service after school Wushu in Beijing, the following suggestions are put forward.School leaders should pay attention to the development of delayed service after class, and formulate corresponding management measures and rules and regulations;Increase special funds for after-school service reward mechanism;Introducing teachers through multiple channels to realize multi-subject support;Teachers with delayed service after class are regularly trained and assessed. |
