A Survey On The Current Situation And Development Strategies Of Commercial Table Tennis Clubs In Tianjin Under The "double Reduction" Policy

With the support of the "double reduction" policy,the relevant education departments have significantly increased their supervision over out-of-school discipline training,and also put forward new requirements for non-discipline training.for example,management mode,external service,teaching system,teacher strength,assessment and evaluation and so on.Apart from having an impact on training institutions,the "double reduction" also has an impact on young people and their families.For example,they will have more time,energy and family funds to enrich their extracurricular life.Because of this,young people will choose their favorite sports in their extracurricular training,such as sports,because it can use their spare time for physical exercise in a more scientific and systematic way.As a non-disciplinary project,sports plays an important role in enriching teenagers’ extracurricular life and strengthening their physique and spiritual civilization.With the increase of sports demand,commercial sports clubs have become a new economic growth point.Table tennis plays a key and important role in the construction of school physical education curriculum and even the construction of a sports power,and it has always been a traditional dominant sport in our country.The audience is wide,so the mass foundation is solid,so this paper takes Tianjin operating table tennis club as the research object.With the support of a series of research methods,such as literature,field interviews,mathematical statistics and so on,this study selects a number of operating table tennis clubs distributed in Tianjin as survey samples.and the club coaches,young students and club managers and other related subjects as the object of investigation,using questionnaires,field interviews and other means to carry out investigation and analysis.Obtain some of its views and management measures on table tennis and the basic situation of club coaches and students in the stage of voluntary teaching,in order to fully understand the current situation and existing problems of operational table tennis clubs in Tianjin.to provide the basis and countermeasure analysis for the future development of Tianjin business table tennis club.The results show that:Through the investigation of the current operation status of Tianjin operating clubs,generally speaking,it shows the following characteristics:(1)as the current relevant policy system is not yet perfect,the overall operation of the commercial table tennis club in Tianjin is not good at the present stage,and the legitimacy of club operation is not clearly guaranteed.(2)the overall management of the operating table tennis club in Tianjin is not optimistic,and the management level is relatively low,which seriously hinders and restricts the operation of the whole club,and it is difficult to maintain the stable and sustainable operation and development of the club.(3)the scale of operating table tennis clubs in Tianjin is limited and there is vicious competition among clubs,which leads to a lower level of specialization.(4)the development prospect of community service and school service of commercial table tennis club in Tianjin is good,but the external service of the club has not been fully expanded.(5)the propaganda efforts of Tianjin business table tennis clubs are not enough,the clubs need to further strengthen the publicity efforts to expand the consumer group.(6)Tianjin business table tennis lacks professional coach resources,and the quality and quantity of coach resources can not meet the actual needs of the club.Therefore,the following suggestions are made:(1)the government should further reasonably improve the relevant laws and regulations to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the club.(2)the club should promote the further extension and expansion of the target market and promote the continuous expansion of the target consumer scale.In addition,it also needs to further seize the opportunity to expand external services.(3)Tianjin clubs should optimize the structural system of coaches,identify and select professional coaches who meet the teaching ability to train consumers.The club should promote the further extension and expansion of the target market,promote the continuous expansion of the target consumer scale,and achieve the overall improvement of consumers’ education level.
