Young people are the future and hope of the motherland,General Secretary Xi Jinping in the Party’s 20 National report clearly pointed out to "strengthen youth sports work".Combined with the background of the "double reduction" policy,taking the development of youth sports training as the foundation,Tianjin Badminton Club was selected as a case study,focusing on the development of youth sports training,aiming to explore the impact of the "double reduction" policy on youth sports training by analyzing the development of Badminton Club,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the future development of Badminton Club.By using the research methods of literature,questionnaire and field survey,this paper sorted out a series of literatures on "double reduction",youth and sports training,and visited the Badminton club on the spot to learn about the development of Badminton Club,which laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the research.By analyzing the development status of Badminton Club and the internal and external environment of Badminton Club before the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,I am familiar with the opportunities and challenges of Badminton Club’s development.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the status quo of youth sports training in Badminton Club is analyzed,and the training scope of Badminton Club trainees is limited.Venues and facilities,teaching content and form of coaches still need to be improved;There is still room for improvement in corporate culture publicity and management models.Research suggestions,first,standardized operation.Implement government policies,carry out company business activities in accordance with the law,and gradually implement from the aspects of site facilities,courses,employees,etc.Second,mutually beneficial cooperation.Strengthen coordination and exchanges and promote deep integration among multiple entities.Continue to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with other clubs,schools and communities to achieve deep integration among multiple entities.Third,digital transformation.Relying on the new technological environment,to improve the internal innovation level of the company,to complete the digital transformation in the establishment of student archives,communication platform,training form transformation,corporate culture publicity and other aspects,effectively improve the company’s service level.Fourth,diversify and expand.Get rid of the shackles of the framework,open up new channels for the development of the company,and constantly promote the club to expand in the direction of specialization and diversification.Fifth,event publicity.Focus on the event guidance,build the Badminton Club event system,from the introduction of series of events,to create the event alliance brand,and to build the internal diversified event system,gradually form a diversified event system.
