A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Chao Yang District Children Basketball Clubs In Beijing

Beijing as an international metropolis,basketball atmosphere,has a broad base of youth basketball,but in recent years,Beijing City senior high school entrance examination will basketball as one of the physical education students study three large selection of projects,more and more students choose basketball as a test project,so basketball become hot,the development of school physical education students of basketball training can not meet the personalized demand,specializing in basketball study of children's basketball training club for children appeared,but there are many problems in the development of the club in place,such as venues,coaches,club managers and other aspects of the problem.In this paper,the development status of Beijing Chaoyang District15 nonprofit children's basketball club as the research object,taking Chaoyang District nonprofit children's Basketball Club of the students,parents,coaches,management personnel as the research object,and use the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method,through to the training club special courses,human resources,training,training quality,price promotion,training content,in-depth investigation and analysis of the problems encountered in the development of the club.And puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion.The conclusions of this study are:1? the club is mainly distributed around the stadium and the school,mainly leasing,cooperative management,most of the medium-sized clubs,students,male and female ratio is seriously imbalance.2?club students to 7-13 years old primary and secondary school students,participate in club training motivation is clear,although not enough to participate in club training time,but after training more harvest.3?the parents and students are satisfied with the basketball coursetraining,most of them attend the weekend class training,and the parents spend more reasonably on the sports training.4?the club coaches do not pay attention to the basketball theory knowledge education,and lack the cultivation of students' willpower.5?club coaches sports background is better,basically meet the needs of student training,but club coaches active learning ability is not strong.6?although the club has a strong profitability,but the development of excessive emphasis on economic efficiency,relying on network enrollment,pay no attention to the content of training and innovation,the development of basketball training courses,random content.7?club managers are mostly converted from coach positions,management specialization is not high,and there is not much investment in enrollment and publicity.There is a phenomenon that coaches replace managers and manage clubs.
