Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Youth Basketball Training Institutions In Lianyungang Under The Background Of Double-Reduction Policysclasses

Since the General Office of the Communist Party of China of the State Council General Office 2021 in July,“Opinions on further reducing the workload of compulsory education students and the burden of off-campus training”(the double reduction policy)has been promulgated,to inject new vitality into the development of youth basketball training institutions,but at the same time,the outbreak of Covid-19 has greatly affected all walks of life,youth basketball training institutions are also faced with opportunities and challenges coexist situation.Based on this,this paper adopts the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,etc.,taking the development of youth basketball training institutions in Lianyungang as an object of study under the background of the double reduction policy,the survey was conducted among the operators,coaches,students and students’ parents of youth basketball training institutions in Lianyungang Lianyungang,to find out the problems in the development of youth basketball training institutions in Lianyungang,and based on the background of double reduction policy,to propose corresponding countermeasures for the healthy and orderly development of youth basketball training institutions:Conclusion:1.The number of youth basketball training institutions has gradually increased with the implementation of the “Double reduction” policy,and the development is more balanced in other counties except Haizhou District.2.Most of the youth training institutions are not profitable due to the influence of covid-19,because they are mainly in private operation with less investment and weak ability to avoid risks.3.The managers have short working time,lack of professional learning experience in management,economic operation and so on,and lack of ability in business planning.4.There are some problems in coaches,such as lack of teaching qualifications,short teaching time,lack of initiative to continue learning and great mobility.5.The students are mainly boys in primary school and kindergarten,and the motivation of participation is positive,most of them can achieve satisfactory results.6.Students’ parents support students’ motivation to participate in basketball training.They know it through many channels.They are relatively rational when they choose basketball training institutions,and they are less satisfied with the charge price and teaching quality.7.The teaching forms are all under-line teaching,and the teaching contents mainly focus on basketball technique,physical fitness and competition,neglecting basketball theory and healthy behavior.8.There are some problems in the development of juvenile basketball training institutions,such as unclear supervision subject,great freedom of charge price,insufficient ability to deal with business risks,insufficient resources linkage,low professional level of management personnel,incomplete coach qualification and imperfect evaluation mechanism.9.In view of the existing problems,the following development countermeasures are put forward:(1)to clarify the main body of supervision and establish a coordinated supervision mechanism;(2)to bring the fees of youth basketball training institutions into the platform to purify the training fee environment;(3)improve the risk prevention program and strengthen the ability of training institutions to avoid risks;(4)link up internal and external,improve the level of after-school basketball service;(5)improve the industry standards,improve the standardization of training institutions management;(6)improve the management and training system of coaches,improve the basketball training curriculum;(7)improve the evaluation mechanism of youth basketball training institutions,strengthen the supervision of social forces.
