"Double Reduction" Policy Guiyang Yunyan District Public Primary School Present Situation,Predicament And Promotion Strategy Of After-School Sports Service In School

With the promulgation and implementation of the "double reduction" policy and documents related to after-school services,the state began to further reduce the burden of homework and off-campus training for students in the compulsory education stage.After-school sports service is one of the important ways to implement the "double reduction" policy,and also the main part of after-school service.In order to implement relevant policies,public primary schools in Yunyan District of Guiyang City have launched after-school sports services.As it is still in the preliminary stage,no perfect system has been formed,and there are still shortcomings to be solved.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,this study conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis on the cognition,attitude,operation and management,teachers,venue equipment,organization and implementation,implementation effect of after-school sports services in public primary schools in Yunyan District of Guiyang City,analyzed the existing difficulties,and put forward relevant suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the "double reduction" policy,public primary schools in Yunyan District have achieved full coverage of intra-school after-school sports services,but there are differences in the way and effect of the implementation.Currently,it is still in the initial stage and a complete intraschool after-school sports service system has not been formed.(2)Most schools support intramural after-school sports service,and school leaders also support it.The purpose of the school is to respond to the corresponding call of the state and complete the tasks assigned by the superior department;Some teachers do not support the development of after-school sports services,mainly because of the increase of workload and after-school subsidies are not ideal.More than 70 percent of parents expressed support for schools to carry out after-school sports services;Most students are willing to participate in after-school sports services.(3)Some schools do not improve and revise their after-school sports service programs;Most of the schools are regularly inspected by the higher authorities,which shows that the higher authorities attach great importance to the after-school sports service in the school.In terms of safety,students’ safety can be guaranteed by choosing appropriate venues,choosing safer service contents and strengthening the cultivation of students’ safety awareness.The content of intramural after-school sports service publicity mainly includes the time and content of intramural after-school sports service.(4)The composition of after-school sports service teachers in the school is mainly physical education teachers,supplemented by social sports workers and external teachers;The special distribution of PE teachers is also more concentrated;The number of times per week to participate in the main two to three times;Each session lasted about an hour;In addition,after the development of after-school sports service in school,it has brought some negative effects to physical education teachers from different aspects.(5)Public primary schools in Yunyan District have achieved full coverage of after-school sports services;There are two modes of development: self-management mode and school-enterprise combination mode.The organization form is mainly sports associations and sports interest classes;The projects carried out are relatively concentrated,mainly according to the site conditions of the school,students’ hobbies and teachers’ strengths to carry out the projects;Three to four times a week;The duration of each development is mainly one hour;The content forms are mainly sports games and physical exercises.The assessment methods include organizing competitions and performances.Nearly 70% of students participate in after-school sports services;Three to four times a week;Each session lasted an hour to an hour and a half;Each student participates in one or two services.(6)Public primary schools in Yunyan District Guiyang have the following difficulties in after-school sports services: insufficient teachers;Small site space and limited development space;Small amount of funds and single channels;There are still defects in operation mechanism,evaluation and supervision;The projects are concentrated and lack diversity and novelty.Poor communication between home and school.(7)According to the existing difficulties,it puts forward the strategy of improving the after-school sports service in public primary schools of Yunyan District of Guiyang City: strengthen the after-school sports service learning in schools and fully understand its value orientation;Through multiple channels to accelerate the school after-school sports service teacher team construction;Scientific use of sports venues and resources inside and outside the school;Flexible scheduling of sports services;Improve the operation mechanism;Improve the evaluation and supervision system;Implement the logistics support mechanism;Guarantee PE teachers after-school PE service class subsidies;Promoting diversity of services;Promote communication between home and school.
