| The promulgation of the ’ double reduction ’ policy has brought new opportunities for the development of after-school sports services.As an extension of after-school service,after-school sports service is conducive to cultivating students ’ interest in sports,mastering sports skills and improving their physical health.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the process of after-school sports service.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the development of after-school sports services in 14 primary schools in Wuhan.In view of the problems in the development of after-school sports services,this paper puts forward the optimization path,so as to improve the quality of after-school sports services and meet the diversified needs of students.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Wuhan is good,but there are problems such as imperfect evaluation and supervision system and poor implementation.(2)After-school sports service funds mainly come from parents ’ fees and financial subsidies,but there are some problems such as teachers ’ low salary and insufficient venues and equipment.(3)After-school sports service teachers have higher willingness to participate and higher academic qualifications,but there are problems of low special matching rate and insufficient teachers.(4)Students like to participate in after-school sports services,and parents have high support,but there are problems such as large number of after-school sports service classes,low frequency of participation and lack of security.(5)After-school sports services can effectively improve students ’ physical fitness and sports skills,but the school opened the project failed to meet the diverse needs of students.According to the survey results,combined with relevant advanced experience,this paper puts forward the optimization path of after-school sports service in primary schools in Wuhan :formulate relevant policies,improve the supervision system,and improve the assessment and evaluation system;improve the treatment of teachers and strengthen the construction of venues and equipment;broaden the teaching staff and improve the teaching level of teachers;reduce the number of students in the class,appropriately increase the number of classes,and ensure the personal safety of students;enrich service projects and reduce the burden of students’ homework. |
