In 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education",which pointed out that it is necessary to ensure after-school service time and meet the diverse learning needs of students on campus.This study starts and ends with exploring the appropriateness of after-school service content in primary schools,constructing an indicator system for the appropriateness of after-school service content,and conducting applied research on this indicator system,in order to propose suggestions for optimizing after-school service content.The appropriateness of after-school service content refers to the degree to which the current after-school service content provided by schools to students is in line with national policies,school resources,students’ needs,and parents’ needs.This study first summarizes the after-school services conducted at home and abroad through literature research,analyzes and draws on experience,identifies problems,and provides theoretical support for the development of this study.Secondly,through literature research,the educational evaluation index system constructed by scholars is summarized and summarized.The research dimensions of the appropriateness of after-school service content are determined as: national policies,school resources,student needs,and parental needs.A preliminary indicator system for the appropriateness of after-school service content is developed through interviews with relevant subjects such as teachers,students,and parents.Revise the appropriateness indicators of after-school service content using the Delphi expert survey method again,and ultimately establish a system of appropriateness indicators for after-school service content.Finally,using A Primary School as a case study sample,a survey questionnaire was compiled based on the dimensions and indicators of the appropriateness of after-school service content established above.Distribute the questionnaire,collect the questionnaire,process the data obtained from the questionnaire,use fuzzy mathematics co mprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of after-school service con tent carried out by A Primary School,summarize and summarize it,and ultimately obtain universal suggestions for optimizing the appropriateness of after-school service content.Through the analysis of the survey results,the advantages of A Primary School’s after-school service content include: strictly implementing the "double reduction" policy to promote the development of after-school services;The after-school service content is rich,promoting the diverse development of students;Respecting individual differences among students and coordinating after-school service content;Utilize after-school service functions to promote communication between schools and families.Disadvantages include: limited after-school service resources and incomplete infrastructure;The evaluation system for after-school services is not complete enough,and the evaluation of after-school service quality is limited;The management system for after-school service teachers is still unreasonable,and the vital interests of teachers cannot be guaranteed;Insufficient attention needs to be paid to the emotional development of students in the after-school service content.Therefore,the following optimization suggestions are proposed: following national policies and recognizing the functions of after-school services;Utilize the advantages of school resources to ensure the comprehensive implementation of after-school services;Enhance the pertinence of after-school services based on students’ development needs;Guide parents’ educational needs and implement their main responsibilities. |
