A Study On Social Work Intervention In Demolition And Resettlement Community Integration Of Elderly People From The Perspective Of Ecosystems

With the surge of the elderly population,China has ushered in an aging era.The diversification and diversified social needs of the elderly groups have also attracted extensive attention from the current state,social and academic circles.China’s urbanization process has accelerated.After land acquisition and demolition,the rural community in the urban-rural fringe has gradually transformed into an urban community.The government resettled the landless farmers according to the wishes of the residents,thus forming a demolition and resettlement community.In this process,landless farmers are faced with changes and adaptation in social identity,lifestyle,social psychology and social support system.The elderly group accounts for a large proportion of the population in the demolition and resettlement community.For the elderly,their gradually declining social adaptability can not match such diverse changes,which immediately affected their integration into the new community,Therefore,the problem of community integration of the elderly in the demolition and resettlement community has gradually become prominent.In order to study the community integration of the elderly in the demolition and resettlement community,taking the current situation of the community integration of the elderly in L community as the starting point,this paper summarizes and analyzes the reasons that hinder the community integration of the elderly in L community,including poor economic adaptation,poor behavioral adaptation,lack of emotional comfort and low identity.On this basis,it is concluded that the elderly in the demolition and resettlement community have the needs of strengthening social support network,strengthening psychological adaptability,improving community identity and enjoying a sound community elderly care service system.From the perspective of social ecosystem,taking a case in L community as an example,this paper analyzes the intervention and improvement of case work on the community integration of the elderly in the demolition and resettlement community.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the basic situation of service objects and community integration,and further points out the bad embodiment of community integration of service objects.Secondly,it focuses on the intervention process of case social work in the difficulty of community integration of an elderly person in L community.Starting from three levels and four dimensions,it improves the interaction between an elderly person and various systems,helps an elderly person alleviate psychological pressure,ease family relations,establish social support network and promote community participation.Thirdly,the effect of social work intervention is evaluated,mainly through observation,self-assessment,family member assessment,community staff assessment and case owner satisfaction questionnaire to confirm the effect of intervention service;Finally,this paper summarizes the process of case service intervention,reflects on its existing problems and limitations,and further shows the important role of case work in the integration of the elderly community.
