| Behind the rapid increase in the urbanization rate is the continuous acceleration of demolition and resettlement in all areas.While young people in rural communities experience a transition from a flat rural community to a three-dimensional resettlement community,their peers are severely involved in the demolition and resettlement process.Destruction,facing reconstruction and maintenance.In the study,the young people in the S community in Jiangning District of Nanjing City were selected as the research object.Through questionnaires and visits to understand the status and needs of youngsters in the community,it was found that peers in the S community mainly had the following aspects:Problems:First,adolescent peers have higher willingness to communicate but less communicative behavior;second,younger peers have a lower ability to interact;third,there is a deviation in the attitudes of adolescent peers;and fourth,there is insufficient confidence in adolescent peers.Afterwards,through semi-structured interviews and on-the-spot observations,the in-depth analysis of the intrinsic reasons of the status quo of peers and teens in the S community revealed that the causes of peer-to-peer interaction in the S community are mainly external and internal factors.External factors include demolition and relocation.Caused the collapse of interpersonal communication networks,the decrease in the frequency of interactions caused by changes in cornunity types,and the absence of activity venues that inhibit peer-to-peer interactions.Internal factors include the lack of understanding of the importance of adolescents'peer-to-peer interaction and the lack of youth' s initiative in participating in peer-to-peer interactions.In the course of practice,ten young people aged 10-12 years in the S community were selected as service targets to carry out professional social work interventions.Under the guidance of the interpersonal needs theory and social learning theory,the development team work to improve the team members.The current status of peer-to-peer interactions,through experience sharing and practical experience and other activities to enhance peer-to-peer networking capabilities,launch friendship story sharing and other activities to re-cognize and correct attitudes toward peer interaction,through adventure activities and mutual encouragement to enhance peer-to-peer confidence.At the same time,it assists the team members to actively discover and explore the available space in the community,develop new peer-to-peer places,and promote the permanence of youth peers in the S community.In the evaluation stage and subsequent follow-up process after the group ended,the researchers conducted interviews and collected data through questionnaires.Through the analysis of relevant data and data,it was found that the current situation of the peer group's peer interaction was involved in the work of the team through the developmental mode.After a relatively clear improvement,there has been a relatively large increase in peer-to-peer acquaintances,peer-communicating attitudes,and peer-to-peer confidence.The team's established goals have been basically achieved.Finally,the three aspects of group work methods,group work process,and the role of social workers were rethought and discussed.The entire research process was reversed and the deficiencies were described.And make a summary and how to better intervene Youth and peers in the resettlement community have made tentative advice and suggestions. |
