China has entered a new stage of development, embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and marching toward the second centenary goal.Children are the future and hope of the country.Contemporary Chinese children are not only the experience and witnesses of the realization of my country’s first centenary goal, but also a new force for realizing the second centenary goal and building a powerful modern socialist country. Therefore,it is very important for individuals to successfully pass through this period of childhood and to complete the staged tasks of childhood.Socialization refers to the process of changing from an individual biological person to a social person as an individual. It is the main development goal of childhood.Whether children can successfully socialize has a great impact on the development of the whole society. The research object is the left-behind children in the W demolition and resettlement community in Hefei City.According to the current situation of the left-behind children in the W demolition and resettlement community, starting from the social work profession, the group work and community work methods in the social work professional method are used to intervene the left-behind children in the W demolition and resettlement community.Socialization research,in order to alleviate the socialization problem of left-behind children in the demolition and resettlement community, summarize and evaluate the effectiveness of group work and community work services, reflect on the theoretical application, work methods, and service content in the intervention process, and discuss social work intervention in demolition and resettlement. An effective way for the community to distill and promote the experience. The results of the previous community survey showed that most of the children in the resettlement community in Hefei City were left-behind children.Compared with the nearby communities, the resettlement community is still imperfect in terms of community environment, community resources, and community infrastructure construction, and the community culture has not yet been formed. After the double reduction, there is a lack of related services for children, few extracurricular activities, and children’s interpersonal skills are relatively low.Weak, problematic family communication patterns make it difficult for children living in them to socialize with a positive state and positive selves.Based on Granovetter’s theory of strong and weak relationships and group dynamics, and according to the needs of left-behind children in the W community, group and community activities are designed. This paper mainly studies 8 sections for the purpose of forming a volunteer team of left-behind children in the community.Group activities and two community activities to improve family education and enrich the community life of left-behind children.Activity evaluation shows that group and community activities have achieved positive results, helping left-behind children develop good and positive living habits and learn how to communicate with others. And learn to communicate effectively with their families and fully express their true thoughts.Through these positive changes, the left-behind children in the community can successfully carry out the socialization task at this stage.Carry out socialization research on left-behind children in demolition and resettlement communities through group and community social work methods. The research results obtained are that appropriate and targeted activities can be carried out to achieve work goals to a greater extent and make service objects feel satisfied.,the level of participation in activities is high. However, due to related problems such as special service objects, complex community environment, and imprecise service skills, this research still has great limitations.By summarizing positive experiences,we can promote the government to improve community governance policies, fully tap family and community resources, play an active role in the community, and improve the professional skills of social workers.intervention. |
